It drives me crazy when people "diet". Cutting calories and carbs will help you loose weight but you'll gain that shit back 10x faster than you lost it because you'll binge. Best way to do it is to adapt to a new life style where you're eating the right carbs and not the gross shit that sticks to you (dairy, meat, candy).
