To give you guys some encouragement if you’re wondering if this petition is worth signing or signal boosting.

TROS was ruined because Disney capitulated to the demands of winy fanbrats who got over 100,000 signatures on their anti-TLJ petition. If they listened them then, then they should be willing to listen to us now. Especially since we’re not asking them to backpedal and admit they were wrong by remaking the movie, striking it from canon, or releasing an alternate cut. We’re giving them the opportunity to make more money off of us by showing them that there’s a market for new material that gives us the ending we want and Ben Solo deserves.

Now, I don’t know how long the anti-TLJ petition was up before it got locked, so I don’t know how long it took to reach 100,000 signatures.

But I do know that a petition to revive Tony Stark, a much less divisive character than Kylo from another megafranchise who similarly got a bullshit ending, has been up since Endgame released 8 months ago. That petition currently has a little over 65,000 signatures, averaging about 270 a day.

The petition to Save Ben Solo has only been up 6 days and is fast approaching 5,000 signatures already, averaging around 775 signatures a day. If we keep the momentum up we could have the same number of signatures as the Save Tony petition in as little as 83 days and 100,000 in 129.
