All she could manage was an “oh”. The cold drops of rain couldn’t even cool off her burning face. Hange was definitely happy and very much surprised. She was almost sure he wouldn’t be willing to move past her mistakes, seeing as how he hadn’t given a proper response to her confession.

The woman pulled him down into a sudden tight hug and wiggled around in glee. “You have no idea… how happy I am! Thank you, Levi!’

He squirmed from suddenly being pulled down, but quickly eased into the hug. He was glad that he was able to make her happy, yet he couldn't help but feel guilty for not being able to give her a better response. Her sudden confession had rendered him speechless at the time. "You're welcome. I'm glad to have made you this happy." He gasped. He nuzzled against her neck and breathed in her scent. Ah, he could just stay like this with her forever....

But no. They were lying in the mud, while it was raining. They were completely soaked. Wiggling out of her grasp, he stood and offered her his hand. "Come on Hanji, we can talk more once we get back inside and change into some dry clothes."
