Senpai... (@threepointdelta)
She shook her head, closing her eyes for a moment before meeting gazes. “I wanted to talk to you is all. I liked reading about you.” Her fingers fidgeted with the other hands, trailing around the magnets in them. “If that’s alright, I mean.”
Delta drew a hand from her pocket, raising it in dismissal. “I’m here to talk, then. Fire away.”
Lucia perked up further, smiling. "Oh, yay!" She grinned. "Oh, boy... where do I even start?" A hand raised from the other, rubbing her cheek. She didn't want to ask anything all too personal, she didn't want to offend Delta by asking anything like that...
Senpai... (@threepointdelta)
The other’s smile made her feel a bit more relaxed, shoulders slackening visibly. Her eyes shifted over the other’s body as her weight went from one side to the other.
“No, no. I try to avoid biased sources. What’s the point of that?” Her smile turned a bit sheepish.
“Good way to be.” She said, amused now. However, she couldn’t help but wonder if Lucia had some sort of job for her. The meek little bot didn’t exactly seem the type to pay for a hired hit… “So, what do you need?”

Lucia soon stopped before the darker bot, blinking with slightly widened eyes at Delta- the determined expression had faded slightly. “Wou…” She swallowed, wetting her mouth which felt dry. The expression returned, with a bit of a smile. “Would you be, uh, Delta? I’m sure I… read about you somewhere.”
Well if that didn’t sound awkward, Lucia didn’t know what would.
Delta’s lips twitched up into a slight smile. Hell, she couldn’t help it. The younger bot was…adorable. In a strange, fangirly sort of way.
“Indeed I would be.” She shifted her weight onto her other hip, “I hope you haven’t read anything too terrible.”
The other's smile made her feel a bit more relaxed, shoulders slackening visibly. Her eyes shifted over the other's body as her weight went from one side to the other.

Lucia stared still, before tensing as the other’s yellow eyes met her own red ones. Woops.
She stood still, blinking several times as she thought over what was a better idea- turning and walking away, or going to greet her. It really would be interesting to speak with her… But she looked intimidating. Hell, Lucia knew she was intimidating.
With a deep breath and setting her face, she made her way over to the other bot.
Oh, this was something. The girl was approaching her. Delta raised an eyebrow, eye glimmering with bemusement. She didn’t move away from the shorter bot as she approached, but didn’t greet her either. Best to see what she wanted first…

Lucia hummed a high tune softly as she made her way through the city. Ever since she’d been trying more and more foods, it was something she’d been rather… or… very interested in. Being worked on all the time she didn’t get things like that! And there wasn’t any way it could affect her badly….. right?
She played it off with a shrug- only doing so half way before her eye caught something… or someone… that looked familiar. She looked, looked away, and then took a double take. …Oh, boy. That was a familiar figure wasn’t it? Her core buzzed for a moment as she stopped walking, thinking and thinking for before realizing who exactly she was looking at. Oh boy.
Delta had been leaning against the side of a building, hands placed in her hoodie pockets idly. Attentive golden eyes flicked around the busy street with sharpened curiosity, her lips curled into a lazy smile.
Wait, was she being watched? Her eyes narrowed almost imperceptibly as she looked the girl who seemed to be looking at her over. Did she know her? No, she didn’t think so…

"Oh! Sorry I didn't notice you." Lucia adjusted the suit over her forearms, smiling slightly. Axl and X were a bit... different than who she'd met. "Hello there."

She nodded, smiling brighter. It must have shown on her face that she felt lighter at his words. X had called her admirable The X. Her nerves lessened.
Lucia closed her eyes for a moment as she shook her head. “I’ve only just started yesterday, sir- though, I’ve been.. online for almost two years. So I’ve had quiet a bit of training outside of the Hunters. I need a lot of practice with close combat- seeing as I’m used to.. using my magnets to target things.”
“Magnets?” X was intrigued.
“I haven’t seen anyone use magnets, or magnetism since Magna Centipede…. I think.” He wasn’t sure, but the Centipede was definitely the one he could remember the most.
“We can provide any training you need here. Anything at all, just ask.” He said as he chuckled lightly, smiling to her.
“Is there anything you need to get started? Any pointers on where to go? Where to train? I’ve been here for a while, so you can pretty much ask me anything Lucia.”
She nodded once, intertwining her fingers in front of her chest as she did so. "W..Well.." Lucia gave a small nervous 'heh'... "I already got lost once, trying to find one of my classes, Axl helped me out though... This place can be a bit confusing, but I think I've got it now."
Lucia paused.
"For the most part."
I’m sorry I really tried to fit this nonsensical wall of text into 10 fucking slides, but I can’t, they overflow. TOO MANY THINGS TO FUCKING SAY TO PEOPLE. SO YES, there you have it, 5 FUCKING GOLDEN RULES TO RPING ON TUMBLR.
Wow it’s a giveaway
Okay, so I thought it was about time I did one of these. 315 followers is a weird milestone but whatever. ANYWAY!
The prize for this giveaway will be the two pictures shown here, as well as five others (all Protomen art), in far higher quality than this. They’ll be printed on glossy, high quality photo paper at (around) A4 size.
Reblogging once counts as an entry
Liking counts as an entry (so you get two overall ye)
Doing it more than once or using sideblogs will be ignored (I will check)
The winner will be selected using a random number generator
I will ship to anywhere in the world
The winner will be chosen on Friday, the 15th of March.
That gives you only ten days because I am an impatient asshole, but then again, I don’t expect to get too many entries.
Good luck!

She laughed- feeling a bit more relaxed at Axl’s grin. Though, it was still slightly nerve wracking- being alone with him. After all, she looked up to him so much. “I’ve been called that- but its more with.. actually moving.” She laughed again. “Thinking’s fun.. Moving, not so much.”
“No sense in wasting energy,” Axl said. “‘Sides, I bet you can chuck things around with those magnets anyway. Why move?”
She nodded, smiling. “That’s mostly what I’ve been trying to do.. Though I need a lot more work close combat.. I’ve barely tried that before today.”
“Heh. Close combat’s not exactly my thing,” Axl admitted, a bit sheepishly. “I’m working on it, but I’ll be damned if I’m not ten times more comfortable five feet or more away with a gun in my hand. Last time I tried to pick up Zero’s glaive, I bonked myself over the head three times.”
She laughed aloud at him, grinning and toothy grin in his direction. "I wouldn't be surprised to witness that." Lucia paused for a moment- beginning her next statement slowly. "Maybe.. you can help me with aiming sometime..?" Her words were normal again. "I heard you're a perfect shot."
She nodded, following him and glancing sideways at him as she walked. “Well.., is there anything you’d like to ask? It’s much easier that way.”
X chuckled.
“Sure, first off, how are you enjoying your time as a Hunter?” X said, with his grin still prevalent on his face. “I know it’s a huge responsibility, but I can’t thank you enough for everything you sacrificed to be here.” X said, speaking the truth.
X looked to her. She was pretty cute, but that wasn’t why he was talking to her. She looked young, inexperienced. It was in her eyes. That would change soon. All rookies lose that young look in their eyes sooner or later.
She hummed in thought at the question, eyes trailing to the ground slightly. “Well, to be honest, sir, I just finished my first day of training today. And..” A small laugh escaped her. “It was every bit of exhausting as I thought it’d be!” Specifically for her state of being.
Softly she shook her head. “I’d rater be here than as a civilian bot. Don’t get me wrong- every bot is important. But… I feel like I have some sort of reason here. I..” Her voice softened slightly. “I can help people.” Lucia finished.
“That’s good, means we are training you right then.” He chuckled once more. “If we make it easy, that does not mean the Mavericks will.”
Her next few words made him stop, turning to her. He was silent for a moment, his eyes solemn.
“…That’s the kind of mentality you need Lucia. You are here to help. That’s what we stand for, and we never forget it..” He said as he nodded to her. Her blue and red hair was an interesting blend.
She’d laughed, about to reply again when X had stopped. Lucia blinked, having to pivot on a foot to look at him since she’d kept walking a few paces.
She gave a small nod. “Helping is the best I can do, sir. Get better and train hard to do that.” A part of her was incredibly nervous to be speaking in such a way to the higher up. Of course, the smaller bot wanted to make a good impression on him. She wanted to say the right words.
X smiled, taking off his helmet, it was a long day, he could use some air.
“That’s all I can ask of you Lucia, helping out and giving your all for what we stand for. That’s very admirable of you.”
X liked her already. She was humble, and young. She did not view the Hunters as something to do while she was bored. She recognized it as her duty, and that made X proud.
“Training is important, it keeps us on our toes and constantly growing. How long have you been training for this position Lucia?”
She nodded, smiling brighter. It must have shown on her face that she felt lighter at his words. X had called her admirable The X. Her nerves lessened.
Lucia closed her eyes for a moment as she shook her head. "I've only just started yesterday, sir- though, I've been.. online for almost two years. “That’s fine.” She smiled. “My creator used to tell me he found my taste in books rather odd. I like horror and crime books for the most part- It’s fun to try and figure out what’s happening. And even if it’s not really challenging, the detail that goes into describing the horror scenes always makes me anxious.” She blinked, stopping herself after noticing she’d been babbling. “It’s… a nice feeling.”
Axl nodded as she spoke. “Something that makes your brain work a little, huh? Nothing wrong with that.” He grinned and folded his arms behind his head. “Now me on the other hand, I’m a lazy-ass. So y’know.”
