Thinking about the "Billy gets adopted by a hero" AU ideas that popped up makes me wonder if there would be a universe where he gets adopted by one of the other Fawcett Heroes such as Spy Smasher, Ibis, or Bulletman. I'd like to see one where Bulletman and Bulletgirl adopt him.

Ooohhh, I love these headcanons! Especially the ones where Brian Butler ends up unoffically adopting other kids to be a part of the Crimson Crusaders of Justice and Freddy being adopted by Spy Smasher. :)
