tbh the best way to introduce yourself to me is with disability and reason for it. Cut the crap and hand me the damage. Then I can dump some of mine and we have somewhere to start. Of course you having a disability doesnt guarantee you’re a decent person and I should trust you but it does mean we are on more equal footing.  Or siting.

I think it’s time to get this checked out. So Ive always had problems with periods, the fact that it’s causing anemia from the heavy flow is just one problem. I’ve had almost non-existent periods, pain  in my back and legs, pressure, pain, really excessive bleeding, long periods, facial hair, acne, water weight gain, joint pain, etc. but now I’m having a second period. Two in one month. And the pain is excruciating. The pain actually causes nausea. I’ve been told oh thats just pms, cysts they come they go, especially women seem to just have this idea that either I’m over dramatic or that it’s normal and they have it too. IT’S NOT NORMAL. But I’ve also had the fear of the tests and surgeries required to find out what “it” is and fix it. I believe my insurance covers this one place and omg if it does I believe they can help me.  Yeah so I either have cancer, endometriosis, pcos, uterine fibroids or a mix.  I’m ready to find out what it is. My periods feel like they’re life threatening and they’re getting worse every month.  Jesus my back hurts.

So I accidentally gave myself an ear infection by rinsing my ears out with warm tap water, and I wear earplugs at night. I’m going to have to stop wearing them but Im such a light sleeper that just not hearing silence keeps me awake now. Any little noise bothers me. I also havent been meditating daily. So here I am trying to figure out how to use white noise to drown out the noises, but then I realize duh, more noise is not going to help. I’m not used to noise at all.  I’ll have to invest in a white noise machine, at least it has volume settings. If its the same level as the ringing in my ears it would help but this fan is too loud.  I also realized I need to buy a water filter for drinking, and should rinse post-op with distilled water too. Cannot believe what you drink can give you an ear infection. Yikes.
