I am a working mom with two VERY ACTIVE little boys, a certified yoga instructor and Health and fitness coach. I have a life long love for health and fitness, and understand the challenges of keeping on track with one's health and fitness goals, while working full time and raising young children. I believe we should never stop growing and learning (we are all a work in progress). My goal is to educate, help and inspire as many people as I can.
