Did you know that over a billion (yes a billion!) umbrellas are thrown away every year with most taking up to 1000 years to biodegrade?

January is a difficult month at the best of times. Throw in lockdown and homeschooling and day to day life suddenly becomes overwhelming.

This too shall pass, so keep going. Keeping healthy, keeping sane and looking out for others are the fundamental goals right now not producing Einsteins or pressurising ourselves further. Do what it takes to get you through each day no matter how small the task may be.

Stay well and don’t be hard on yourself, what is coming is better than what is gone. 💚
