I finished Realm of the Elderlings, and I mostly loved the ending…but I have a visceral aversion to what happened to Fitz in the end so I spent the last fifty pages or so swinging wildly between wanting to cry and being thoroughly creeped out. Whyyyy did I have to been inside his head for that??
