does it ever hit you that Louis and Harry would find each other regardless? like.. Harry would be working in a bakery and running a semi popular photography blog and Louis would be a teacher who also volunteers at centres for chronically ill kids and their paths would cross ways anyway because Fate and Destiny love games and no way those two idiots would not find their way to their true Homes. Like and their families would be totally endeared and frankly ?? at how fast everything seemed to move with their two baby boys finding each other but they wouldn’t be worried, the love would be so evident. they’d be the couple invited to judge the “couple’s event” at the town fair and the couple who’d go viral once for the sappiest proposal ever. and like.. aren’t you glad Fate played us all and now we get to witness the greatest love story of all times and we get to support and watch them take down Satan himself and THEY’RE GONNA WIN AND WE’RE GONNA BE A PART OF IT

#that’s why there are so many larry fics#and most of them are so good#and people engage a lot in them#because they are all plausible stories#because theese two are soulmates#they didn’t meet in the script show#they didn’t meet in the first auditions when Harry was just before Louis on the interviews#they met at the bathrooms at bootcamp#but they could’ve met anywhere else#only harry could’ve made it and they would’ve met when Louis brought Lottie at a signing of 1D#or Louis could’ve made it and they would’ve met backatage in leeds after Harry got lost and Louis was about to perform#endless possibilities#same ending#together#yes of course always - x

I agree with the ex-larries on many things – just being honest – but their reaction to Simon's interview was to defend him and say his tone was not bitter, but hurt and introspective. For the first time in many months, I completely disagree with them. I think he skilfully framed his words to give off a 'my kids have left me broke/helpless despite all I did for them' vibe that abusive parents often use. Most people will take it at face value and condemn the kids (in this case Liam etc) though :(

Anyone defending Simon needs to read Steve Brookstein’s book “Getting Over the X”.

I read it on the plane to and from New York and was flabbergasted at Simon’s command of emotional manipulation tactics.
