Fun fact: In Japan, a cultivar of yellow orchid was created in the 90s and was named "Happy Valley Sailor Moon."

It's a hybrid flower that was named after Sailor Moon because the botanist who created it, Shigeru Makoto Kono, thought that the flower’s yellow color matched the color of Usagi’s hair. Naoko Takeuchi herself received these flowers and was so happy with them she decided to incorporate them in several artworks (as revealed in the linear notes of Sailor Moon Artbook Volume 5).

Is there anywhere I can see Naoko Takeuchi's notes on the mangas? I own the one with 12 volumes and I was disappointed that they didn't include them (at least in Spanish version) because I love reading creators thoughts. Thank you in advance

You ever just get the urge to draw Eternal Sailormoon while you're sitting down for coffee or is that just me?

I don't draw this costume very often so it took me a minute to find my way around simplifying the details but I think I got there in the end.

Doodled her the star seed companion because she was lonely and I sometimes have a twisted bent to my sense of humor.
