No. Phantom Zone prisoners are not allowed personal items. After Krypton fell the Phantom Zone grew unstable and most prisoners were cast across the cosmos. Me and two of my lieutenants landed on Earth and Clark found us.

It was weak and didn't listen to it's people. Jor-el was the loudest voice among the one's who wanted me imprisoned instead of sentenced to death.

*Kara was sleeping restlessly in Kal's guest room. He had been called away on some Justice Gang mission, so the house was quiet for once, leaving the sounds of Kara crying to echo around the house*

"M𝙹ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ∷, fᔑℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ∷, !¡ꖎᒷᔑᓭᒷ i'ᒲ ℸ ̣ ∷||╎リ⊣, i'ᒲ ᓭ𝙹∷∷||!" * (Mother, Father, please I'm trying, I'm sorry!) she yells, gasping as she wakes up, disoriented, and cheeks wet with tears, floating in her bed.*

*Looking around, she slowly manages to settle back on the bed, grabbing her coat and getting Krypto awake before sneaking out onto the ledge of her window, and onto the fire escape, ready to find a red sun planet where she could drown out the grief coursing through her thoughts. She thought she had escaped the worst of them, but this time it had been worse then ever and she needed to stop feeling so much pain.*

*Too absorbed in her own thoughts, trying to figure out where to go next, she didn't realize someone watching her*

No. Phantom Zone prisoners are not allowed personal items. After Krypton fell the Phantom Zone grew unstable and most prisoners were cast across the cosmos. Me and two of my lieutenants landed on Earth and Clark found us.

From what I gathered the day before Krypton was lost myself and a group of my loyal soldiers were put into the phantom zone for staging a military coup of the government. It was weak and didn't listen to it's people. Jor-el was the loudest voice among the one's who wanted me imprisoned instead of sentenced to death.
