if seasons 1-5 weren’t enough evidence, danielle brooks DESERVES an emmy for her performance this season. just incredible.
blanca’s ending fucking broke my heart. seeing diablo waiting there for her with flowers… i was sobbing
i can appreciate that they tried to make the fates of the inmates (piper, blanca, taystee) “realistic”, but that doesn’t mean that i’m not fucking PISSED about it
vauseman wedding was adorable and i love them

im so proud of nicky, she’s grown so much
same with suzanne
and doggett
their friendship was adorable
i didn’t mind the guards at first, but as the season went on, i felt like they had way too many scenes. plus that fantasy inmate game? fucking horrible.
i despised storyline with doggett and donuts and i am SO GLAD that she left him in the forest. she deserves so much better
the caputo/natalie scenes started to get annoying too
i wasn’t really too invested in the carol/barb rivarly at first, but i loved it by the end,,, probably the best villains since vee in season 2
young carol. that’s all.

seeing daya’s downward spiral was so sad but dascha’s performance was incredible this season too
red really spiraled this season too
i love how far maria ruiz has come. she’s changed so much and its incredible
her rivarly with gloria was interesting towards the beginning
i felt like this season had a LOT more throwbacks/references to past seasons (i.e. showing the window burned into piper’s arm, bringing up vee, etc.) and i really appreciated it, to show how far these characters have come.
i loved flaca/cindy on the radio, they are hilarious together
i fucking hated badison
and last, but certainly not least,
i miss janae, maritza, brooke, boo, and the others
