Enjoying a beach day while watching the air show and still on plan. Had a yummy cooked breakfast first thing - only 2 syns. So I feel all I have done is sat today. Feel good though as when I work a weekend am normally tempted to eat junk food! I started the day off with overnight oats and had a banana and an apple as snacks. I reheated a cheese and ham omelette wrap I made last night and as it was so hot I gave in and got a Flake Raspberry McFlurry (18.5 syns) but it was worth every syn! I then had family round so made sweet & sour chicken with egg fried rice (only 2 syns for it all). I'm so glad we couldn't eat it all as means I can have it for lunch tomorrow #slimmingworlduk #slimmingworldfamily #slimmingworld #overnightoats #mullerlight #fruit #omelettewrap #mcdonalds #mcflurry #fakeaway #chinese #sweetandsourchicken #eggfriedrice

So I've restarted my journey as completely lost track and put most of my weight back on! So today is the first day I'm concentrating on it fully. I'm out tonight where the food choice is a burger or hotdog so trying to limit my HEB and syns throughout the day so made this.
