i've been slowly watching the xfiles (i'm about halfway through season 2 rn) and i love how often mulder and scully accomplish approximately fuckall. like they don't stop any deaths. they don't capture the villain, or if they do they escape promptly. they don't even really know what the hell happened. literally they were there and it didn't change anything. but they were there

Heeyyyyy so did you know that while I watched the x files that I was so into it that I tier listed every episode as I watched it and made charts based on how good every season was. And when I finished watching it I was afraid to find posts about it bc I was still coming off the high of watching it and didn't want it to take over my life. So it's been months and it's been long enough that I'm safe to reminisce lol I've even been re watching episodes.
