I always find it odd that allistics will automatically assume that an autistic child will eat when they’re hungry. I have AFRID and basically if there is nothing in the fridge that I typically eat out of sameness and texture that I can tolerate or my routine rotation of same acceptable foods I will not eat at all. And I often went hungry because my home didn’t always have the food I wanted and needed at that time. I just couldn’t eat just anything else that was available. I was very strict on the routine of what and sometimes even when I’d eat.

Hi, I hope you have been doing well. I came with a couple of questions. What are your system roles (host, caretaker, protector, etc.) like in terms of personality and behavior? Also, how do you decide who is fronting? I hope you have a wonderful day :)
We went through a lot recently, but seeing asks from people really brighten our day!
We don't exact decide who fronts, some alters do, while others don't. There's usually always multiple alters fronting at once as a polyfrag system.
Hosts tend to be alters in our system who blend easily with other alters, though we change hosts a lot and such. We tend to have around three to five hosts in total.
Caretakers in our system tend to really soft-spoken and kind to other alters. Often affectionate and such. Leon in our system tends play pretend with us and often bedtime stories, while Mikan tends to play hospital and get alters to regress. One of our Sonics is very energetic caretaker and tries to boosts us whenever we deal with Vent Regression.
Protectors are a mix bag, some are utter rodents to sociality /lh. Some are really similar to the caretakers, while others are more 'harsh' and set things straight. We have medical helpers as well such as Mikan and Baizhu who help take care of our body and wounds. Alongside hell whenever we get sick or get new symptoms.
Holders are very common as well, lots of them are emotion holders, pain holders, and stress holders. We have symptoms holders as well and MANY trauma holders.
Gatekeepers in our system tend to be very, secretive or an info dump factory.
Lots of alters though tend to be very similar, with one or two big differences. Though we have a lot of completely different parts as well.
