Wow who knew people our age still went trick-or-treating. But hey if anything those post made me feel like a kid again when I was told that as a kid. I mean I can’t tell you how many times I would heard it through my night out getting candy.
It’d be a surprise to me too if I didn’t have my two sisters. My mother used to remind me each year and I suppose it’s just become a habit to remind MK and Charlie since it’s just us here at ASU.

You’re very welcome-- I hope you can carry these important teachings with you all the way until you’re a grumpy old man with twenty grandchildren and all your teeth are falling out.
I’m teasing, that was more for my younger sisters to hear to be frank. But yeah I suppose everything I’ve said is complete common sense and probably doesn’t need to be mentioned.

Sometimes I wonder how we even share the same DNA. It’s Halloween night in Auradon City, Law, how dangerous could it be? It’s the most well lit town full of do-gooders in the world. Although if it makes you feel better, I’m totally trying to find a costume where I can carry around a real bow and arrow for the night, so I’ll be happy to shoot anyone who’s causing trouble. You know, public service.
Surprise surprise, you don’t have to wonder anymore, sis-- just ask mom and dad.
You’re right, Auradon is one of the safest cities around... but maybe still try to be a little careful at least? Although with your bow, I’m more reassured that you’ll be quite fine on Halloween.

“Stop letting me win all the time!” Harper laughed, nudging his shoulder playfully. “I mean, not now, obviously. Stop letting me win after we do the thing I want to do, because my thing is fun and I wanna be a tiger.” She explained as she slipped her hand into his and dragged him along the booths.
Quirking a grin, Lawrence squeezed Harper’s hand in response as he fell into step next to her. He was used to her pace, so it was no difficulty for him to keep up. “Aren’t you too cute and smiley to be a ferocious tiger?” he teased.

I’m like, not super into orange anyway, but especially not orange and red together, I’d feel more like a volcano than a leaf. But you totes get points for trying to be creative, yay you! So like… jeans? I feel like that’s what most people default to, which is fine as long as you find the right cut for your body.
Aw thank you for the points, yay me! Jeans are always a safe option, but I personally prefer cargo-- just as light but provides much better mobility and comfort.

Considering everyone here is an adult, I think a safety buddy is a bit of an overkill. It’s just candy, it’s not worth mugging someone for. You’re one of those overly nice people aren’t you huh? I don’t get Halloween, you parents were scared enough of our parents to lock them on an Isle, but then dedicate a full day a year to purposely being scared.
Oh dang, I’m definitely not a parent yet unless you’re referencing the two ducklings I’m currently fostering. Other than that-- no matter what the occasion is don’t you agree that there’s safety in numbers? More is always better than less.

Harper just giggled, quirking one brow at him. “Maybe I would, maybe I wouldn’t. Guess we’ll just have to find out when that day come, eh?” Though she never would – couldn’t more like. Law had to be one of the better things that had come out of her adventures thus far in life, and not just because he gave into her whimsical impulses like chocolate milkshakes when the weather was turning colder each day. More so for the fact that he acted like her rock and kept her on course. Had it not been for him, she might have dropped out of school and given up on her goals a long time ago. “Plus, I think it would depend on the type of milkshake, not just any ol’ milkshake. I mean, I wouldn’t trade you for a strawberry milkshake – that’s gross.”
Lawrence’s only response was a short laugh, “Well, for my sake let’s just cross our fingers that when the day comes it’s a strawberry milkshake then,” he wasn’t serious-- he knew it’d never come down to that, no matter what crazy situation they’d stumble upon together in the future. And even so, he had confidence in Harper that she’d never sell him out for anything short of a milkshake. “Hmm, here’s a tough question for you-- will it be chocolate or vanilla today?”

Whoa man, I didn’t mean to offend. You have my apologies-- I’m used to everyone being younger than I am in Westerly. Either way, I had absolutely no intention to sound condescending at all and I hope you can forgive me.

I really hope this post was intended towards your sisters because otherwise it’s just plain strange. I mean we’re all adults, all though technically I’m not sure I would count people who go trick or treating at this age adults but hey more power to them I guess.
Ah, then you’ll be happy to hear that yes-- it was more geared towards my sisters and the younger members of our Sherwood family as well. I take it that you’re not a huge tricker-or-treater anymore?

I honestly don’t what to think of this post. I mean apart of me thinks this post is kind of crazy since we’re all college kids and can handle ourselves but then another part me actually wants to do all that, just to feel like a little kid again.
That’s true-- we’re college kids and most of us can handle ourselves; I just thought as far as safety is concerned however, we could always use an extra reminder or two.

“We should get our faces painted!” Harper had seen the sign a little ways ahead and grabbed her companions arm excitedly, pointing in the direction the sign had indicated. “How fun would that be?”
“By the look on your face, pretty damn fun I’m guessing.” Lawrence grinned and nodded his head in the direction she pointed. “What are we waiting for then? Lead the way, silly.”

She grinned cheekily, her shoulders lifting briefly in a shrug. “Milkshakes don’t make me do homework,” Harper said with a pout before rolling her eyes at him. “I’m sure you’ll get over it, Mr. Dramatic. Bravo, by the way. Excellent performance, perhaps your best yet!” Her smile only got wider when he seemed to see things her way and bounced on her heels, clapping her hands. “Yay! I win!” Harper cheered and threw both of her arms around one of his, her head nestled against his shoulder as she attempted to shove him towards the door. Being as small as she was, that was easier said than done. “Now move it, you big lug! It’ll be melted before we order it at this rate!”
With a replying grin, Lawrence dipped into a deep bow as if he’d just finished the performance of a lifetime. “Thank you, thank you--- you’re too kind.” Her enthusiasm was contagious and he held his hands up in surrender as she ushered him out; complying without protest. “I’m coming,” he chuckled, fondly shaking his head at her. “I swear, you’d sell me out for a milkshake in a heartbeat.”
