Stick Workout
How are you conditioning for season, mine starts in February and I need to get my stamina back up.
At a collegiate level I have workouts that are required in a gym and outdoors. I suggest going on daily runs and hitting your gym to lift weights. Stamina is important for lacrosse and starting to run now will help you a lot more vs running a week before preseason... I will post my stick workout after this!
