Jennifer Ehle did such a good job as Gabriella because even though she is a horrible horrible monster and made me feel nauseous at points I still had a good time when she was on screen and am very interested to see where they take her character in the future

It’s kind of the same situation with Christopher Heyerdahl as Marius because his acting is so well done and entertaining that I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing more

I know that given the content of the books it shouldn’t be surprising that some people genuinely ship Marius and Armand but it still blows my mind

Like some people are actually upset at the idea of the show making it even more clear that Marius abused Armand like were y’all expecting a romcom??? No, the sexual abuse of a minor isn’t going to be romantic 🫩

One of the best things that came from me starting to watch iwtv was getting to hear this random story from my mom about how one of her family friend’s sons ended up at a party at Anne Rice’s house. I think he had to have met and been invited by Christopher Rice?? Idk all I know is that he thought her house was nuts lmao.

Like my grandma is from Louisiana and spent some time in New Orleans so it’s not that crazy to think that she would have some stories about Anne Rice but it’s still wild to think about. Small world I guess??
