sometimes I think about how Scar put together a coup d’etat and tried to form a more inclusive and egalitarian state in pride rock but was sabotaged by the privileged class (lionesses/simba) who desperately wanted to cling on to power and their imperialistic ways (everything the light touches). sure Scar wasn’t perfect but he was the lesser of two evils and they did him dirty
