Nintendo, Tumblr, I have an idea.
I have an idea on bringing Kid Icarus Uprising back. Hear me out. The main reason Uprising can't be on Switch or Switch 2 is because the controls are butchered and relied heavily on the 3DS touch screen, but here's an idea Nintendo can have for free if they see this: A wireless touch/drawing pad. With its own stylist. Think of an iPad with those iPen things. Just like that, but thinner, and sleeker, and has a clip for the stylist. Switch 2 has mouse controls, sure, but not everyone has the Switch 2. For Nintendo to have its cake and eat it too, release Uprising on both Switches, and have this touch pad for Switch 1 people. The Nintendo Pro controllers and such have a feature that allows them to only be connected to Switch consoles, and the pad can have this feature, along with the stylist. That way, its basically a 3DS. You could do designs, and patterns, and/or make it compatible with Amiibos, and you could make way more Amiibos based on the characters, too. Figurines, Amiibo Cards, (which I'll get to in a second) and merch, too. The Palutena Bow, and Silver Bow could be Amiibos that give you a special weapon in TOTK, or Miitopia, maybe even 3rd party games like Skyrim. Amiibo Cards (which I know less about, so try to stay with me here) could be compatible with the pad too. You tap the card on the pad or reader, and you could bring back that feature on the 3DS when you could put those Cards together, and watch the characters fight. Anyways, that's my idea. Bayonetta had an even deader fandom then Kid Icarus, and here's your possibly million dollar idea to fix the controls issue. As for the staff team thing, just pull an OG Kid Icarus, and get the bored Metriod dev's on the case again. Just a thought, also a joke. Nintendo, please feel free to take the idea! I'm a hardcore fan, and even stuck through the Wii U era. I hope this finds light, and gets considered. -Lazy out! Edit: Please reblog so this gains popularity and a remaster has waaay better chances!
