Something many gh*ulcys fail to understand is that if ghoul doesn't find barb he would very much likely not want to go on.

This man has been spending his wife (and child) for 200 years, if they wind up gone/hurt he's not going to "run off to lucy's arms" or whatever. He'd want to end it all.

So before you get so excited over the idea of something happening to barb take that into consideration 😭
