Made in November 2014 (actually i was too busy/lazy to upload it earlier). So, the dodo (Raphus cucullatus) is an extinct flightless bird that was endemic to the island of Mauritius. They belong to Columbidae family, so that's how my sudden affection to dodos can be explained. This guy is 25cm high and has poseable feet (with a wire inside). Some stick traces may be noticed on his chest, as the fabrics were re-used. Sorry for the shitty background, it was difficult to find a decent natural lightning indoors, and too cold to go outside. •And by the way, this one will be for sale as soon as I launch my online store!

I.ALMOST.DIED. But well, i'm quite satisfied with the result as well as my friend is (that was yet another DI6 birthday gift for him). As to this small OOAK Douglas, he's about 40cm high, stuffed with straw and rags, his mask is made of papier-mache and his hands are out of fimo polymer clay. There were also some full-height pics of him (wearing cool boots), but they're still unedited. And why Ukrainian flag? Just because all pigs invading my country must die.

The day my pet pigeon died i drew these creepy guys and named them 'black birds of sorrow'. Then, decided to make them stuffed toys and... dunno. Black one is made in December and the one with scarf was finished yesterday and gotta be a gift.
