Mandy barely gives Butch time to process who’s just slammed open the door to his room before she crosses the empty space and crashes her chest into his. Her knuckles are busted and bleeding but she knots them in the hair at the back of his neck anyway, with a force uncomfortable to most but right now she really doesn’t give a shit. As her body adjusts to press against his she hisses at the pain that S H O O T S through her nerves, but quickly smothers the sound against his lips. She hurts, she hurts, oh FUCK she hurts. Her mind is racing with the images of blood and teeth and her nose is filled with the smell of rust and metal. And Butch. The feeling and scent of him draws her back from her reverie, the horror movie in her head playing over and over. Oh god she’s shaking, trembling in his arms but she just pushes him against his wall and kisses him. It’s a mess of teeth and tongue but she wants to feel something other than this useless physical pain.
She’ll probably pay for this later, but right now she has a violent, insatiable need for him and nothing could STOP her from getting her fix. She pulls away to gauge his reaction, fire flickering behind her features. She was no stranger to fights, no stranger to the adrenaline that now courses through her veins. It’s intoxicating and she almost drowns in it. Maybe if she did, she’d get some fucking peace.
The sentence is interrupted by a cough, a wheeze through blood filled lungs. She was getting too old for this. No amount of voodoo hexes or candle lit spells could protect her against the force of a fist. Good thing she knew how to handle herself.
