I played that part of day 2 you released and IM SO EXCITEDDD ARGHHH like liams pet opossum sounds so cute!! I have a question tho, how come liams kind of different in the day than he was in the night at the party? He seemed a little on edge or nervous??

There definitely is a noticable difference in his attitude from night to day, and this was done on purpose! It's a bit complicated to explain but I will try, I may ramble here so I apologize lol.
Also, spoiler-ish warnings if you havent played Day 2 yet. (at least the unfinished ver rn)
For the most part Liam is quite confident in himself...that is until he's talking with you (the MC). He actually was super nervous at the party when he was anticipating for the MC to come talk to him. He felt as if though, you going out of your way to talk with him is positive reinforcement that you do like him. That, and first impression matter to him, he's trying to not come across as "too much", so he acts more calm and nonchalant the first meet that way he doesn't scare you off. It's a bit of an act.
The next day after, when he bumps into you at work wasn't accidental at all. He purposely does this as an excuse to talk to you. With this in mind, he was INCREDIBLY nervous to do this, but was just too excited to see you again. Being too excited he tends to tell on himself and can almost self-sabotage, the more flirtatious and openly friendly you are, the more of an open book he becomes. It's all because he gets convinced more and more that you want him too. It's the thrill of seeing you too that makes him super nervous. He doesn't know how you'll react, whether it be positive or negative, but it won't stop him from trying to get closer to you with "accidental" encounters. He's determine to make it work.
However, he will act more closed off when others come talk to you with him around, like with the customer scene, he feels awkward and out of place. He also doesn't want your attention on anyone else but him :)
I also want to note. There are three different ways the mc can react to Liam at work depending on how you spoke to him at the party.
The choices you make do have an impact on the MC if they grow to like Liam or not, and also how Liam will take the acceptance or the rejection later on. You can be super flirty, be friendly, or be more rude and closed off. All up to you!
I wanted to try and allow players to decide what kind of personality the MC has, and who they will like or not like, who they will love and who they will hate, etc.

Liam picked up smoking from his dad when he was around 15, he'd go in to steal a few from his pack or to use his ID to buy some from the local convenience store. So, he definitely has been smoking for a whileeee. Terrible habit for sure, but it was one of the few things that made him feel calm. The soft fuzzy feeling you get in your head was always a nice distraction for him. That and he actually likes the scent of cigs, only good thing is he smokes them maybe once a week at most. Compared to when he was younger, he's been trying do make his smoking sessions less.
He'd be more than happy to share a cigarette with his beloved MC. Oh! and there definitely will be a cigarette kiss scene 😉 I had actually drawn a rough sketch of what it'll look like, funny enough. I'd be happy to share it since I will redraw this again.

As for my non-smokers, he'd be willing to quit if you asked him to, might take him some time but he'll get there eventually.
Honestly, I have about 70% of Day 2 done. There's still a few scenes I have to draw out, and of course going through the game myself to check for any errors or grammar mistakes.
It's been a little rough for me to find the time to work on OMDB, my personal life tends to get in the way a lot, and of course the occasional writers/artist block is never helpful. It's sooo not ideal 💔 but I shall get through it! 💪

Liam - He likes indie rock, and mostly divorce dad rock.
Vanessa - She would definitely listen to r&b and a bit of bossa nova, like slow/calm jazz music.
Rheji - As for music, I think he’d be really into alternative rock, or even the shoegaze genre, really anything with a guitar in a song since it’s something he’s quite into.

I seriously appreciate this, thank you! Liam is a sweetheart for sure...towards the MC lol, but I'm glad you like him :) I actually did have the MC go out of their way to sit next to him for a reason, in a way for Liam it's confirmation that you are interested in him.
Vanessa as well! I wanted her to have a diva feel about her so hearing this makes me happy. I'm not the best with writing but I do try to make the dialogue sounds realistic as much I can, just so it feels more real for the player, and that it comes off more natural (even thought there's nothing natural about yanderes, lol but who caresss). mkay lowkey rambling here haha, but again, thank you!
