I haven't been on here much but I know all of you have heard about Ro/e v wa/de already. So I am not going to beat a dead horse here.

But here are some of the other rights they are trying to overturn just in case you hadn't heard.

ICWA - The right for native families to keep their children.

Griswold V Connecticut - This allows married people the right to contraceptive such as birth control and condoms

Obergefell V Hodges - Your right to marry same s/e/x marriage

Lawrence V. Texas - YOUR LITERAL RIGHT TO PRIVACY IN THE BEDROOM. This one should be very very scary as sod/omy laws will go into effect, meaning you will no longer be able to be intimate with your partner of the same s/e/x

MOORE V HARPER - Your literal actual right to democracy!

All of this should be scaring the hell out of you, and if you are old enough to vote then we NEED to, and we need to be stepping up. Because even if you haven't voted before, you still could rest knowing you at least had the right to do so, and now you cant even rest knowing that.

If you are like me, and you can not go to protest be it for mental or physical health reasons, or maybe you are just so scared it makes you weak in the knees, then you need to start SIGNING PETITIONS ! Sign as many petitions as you can, donate where you can/if you are able.

Please stay safe everyone, I've been noticing at least from my point of view that Christians are feeling a lot safer to make blatantly anti-semitic comments since Roe v. Wade got overturned. The overturn of this is an infringement of our religious freedom. In talking about how I don't believe a fetus is even alive due to my religious beliefs, I have been having several people with anti-abortion views call me a baby killer (which has blood libel vibes to it), seen them use jew a derogatory word, and say we are trying to subvert the nation with our ideas. The more a nation becomes a "Christian nation" the more dangerous it becomes for anyone not, so please stay safe.

When we say if the supreme court goes through with Moore v Harper then you will loose your right to democracy in the US, that is NOT an exaggeration.

States will be able to throw out votes for any reason they see fit. Indigenous Americans are especially going to have a hard time, due to the way their address works. If a state sees you have an address they deem "odd" they will throw out your vote.

Hell these people could start dismissing your vote just because you voted for someone they disagree with. THAT MEANS EVEN IF A MAJORITY OF A STATE VOTES BLUE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO SAY "NO, our state is voting red."

I know a lot of people think their vote doesn't matter, but I am gonna make something very clear, if this plays out the way the court wants THEN YOUR VOTE ACTUALLY WON'T MATTER!

So, you need to stay aware, and you need to stay fucking pissed.

No one is coming to save us, we have to save ourselves, so spread awareness and start helping the cause in any way you can. Stay safe out there.
