A study of League of Legends.

This post is a bit sudden due to a lack of a phone but now that i have one heres a process photo of the Lissandra project. The material used for the armature include a plaster base for the skirt, custom braided aluminum wire for the gesture, aluminum square tubing used to enable appendages to be detachable for sculpting tight spaces and a resin casting later. Epoxy and epoxy putty to hold it all together! Super sculpy is used to finalize the figure with high detail. For more in-depth process questions comment here or email me at [email protected]

Sorry for the absent vibe, Ive been In Rhode Island for a few days for a national ceramic conference to see a slew of professional potters work, While it was interesting, I cant wait to get back into it :P

The Full turn around spread for Lissandra. Next up is the concept for The Frozen Watchers that plagued the Freljord long ago.

A more refined frontal view of Lissandra turn arounds. 

The Concept is changing, Im intrigued by the hazy Lore behind Lissandra and the Freljord. Her desire to resurrect the Frozen Watchers (Powerful guardians that roamed Runeterra centuries ago and granted Lissandra and others their immortality) has been her ambition in existence. I consider conceptualizing the Frozen Watchers In another study to bring some life to the idea of Frozen Watchers.

Below Lissandra is the highest rendering of the Frozen Watchers that League Of Legends has. It should be fun trying to materialize these celestial beings.
