The angel could or would never come

saw moonlight last night and it changed my world. the beautiful embrace of tenderness and roughness that made a film so enchanting and quietly mesmerising. every frame had a purpose, and one that stuck out to me was the one in which chiron daps us kevin after getting out of his car in act2. just the touch, just the way two bodies interact. barry jenkins is a genius, and i think this film did what nothing will ever come close to attempting.
