So, I drove up to a stop sign, and there were a bunch of farm animals fenced in by the road. I saw a goat staring at me and decided to record a video, but I forgot my CD was still playing.

Made a little girl cry today.

I was manning a booth while dressed as a witch, and an elementary schooler asked me for a potion that would turn her big brother into a frog. I agreed, and spent five minutes preparing a concoction of vinegar, baking soda, food coloring, soap, and glitter, all according to her specifications. I had her stir it, and then when it was ready, I procured a little glass pebble, dipped it into the potion, and told her to place it under her brother’s bed to turn him into a frog by morning.

When I held it out to her, she started bawling, and explained that she didn’t really want her brother to turn into a frog, she loved him, and she didn’t want my magic after all. 

“That’s okay,” I said. “This just means you’re a good sister.”

this is gonna be rambling and incoherent but I feel like some people still don’t get that like... Harry doesn’t need your express approval to do something... if you wanna call yourselves a fan of his without actually getting to know any part of him that doesn’t fit with what you want from him you can... technically do that... but it’s not gonna stop him from continuing to show you those other parts that he’s able and willing to show? if there are people who are uncomfortable because it’s not straight or masculine enough for them that’s just... too damn bad? I remember “it’s a joke” I remember “Harry cut your hair” I remember the comments about his clothes WAY back I remember the “2013 was peak Harry” posts I remember nasty people saying they were gonna sell their tour tickets if he kept waving rainbows because his image was more important to them than the message or safe space he was creating I remember the tons of little digs and comments for years meant to put him back into a box like he isn’t a fully fledged human with individual traits and facets and I don’t HAVE to remember people latching onto the aspects of his image that they’re comfortable falling back on while they ignore HIM because they Still Do It...... and like every time Harry still keeps being Harry despite it all so y’all might as well quit it and support him or quit him because he’s already shown for years ppl saying no doesn’t matter and in the end no one gets to define him but him 💁🏻‍♀️
