Food for thought

You know what really is a pain in the ass ? 

Passengers eating and drinking in the car. Seriously ?! WTF ?

I can understand the late night munchies when I take you through the Taco Bell drive thru and your super hungry. It’s still not cool to eat in my car. It’s actually never really ok to do this especially if its going to cause a mess. Here is a list of weird things that passengers have attempted to eat in my car or have been victorious with their efforts of eating in my car and some examples of why this is a bad idea.

Tacos - have you tried eating a taco in your own car ? same bullshit applies. I don’t have time in between passengers to hunt for diced tomatoes, lettuce shreds, or sour cream spots. Use your head.

Cheetos, Puffs, Doritos- Because your really not keeping that cheese dust contained to your fingers. Sure.... you say you will be careful but cheese fingerprints on my seats have proven otherwise.

Soup- Yes......SMH. I don’t think I need to dwell on this one.

Chicken Wings- Absolutely positively no freaking way.

Open Alcohol - your out of your goddamn mind.

Spaghetti- poor poor choice my friend.

At this point, I only allow bottles of water in my vehicle. Sadly I have learned the hard way. Please don’t put your Uber driver in this position.

Another really good video done by Uberdriverlog. This goes over some changes in the new contract. I love informational videos like this that help me understand the information. I probably would not have read the details on my own. This really made me sit up and pay attention.

Make Out Scenario

Seriously, do it on your own time. Heavy making out and dry humping in the back seat of my car makes me feel uncomfortable. Your Uber driver didn’t sign up for this. I am not prude or an asshole...it just makes me feel like a creeper in my own car. This also covers no screwing back there either. If you think this hasn’t been attempted.....think again.

Hah! I like this comment. I feel a little bad for the male drivers out there on Saturday nights. Some female drivers have figured out that they can request Uber and see who is coming to pick them up. Then they cancel. This process is done until female passenger sees that a female driver is coming to pick them up.

The number one question that people ask me when talking about Uber is whether I feel safe. I’ve never had a problem as of yet. On the flip side, if there ever is an issue I make sure to be somewhat prepared for situations that can happen.
