"Happy Mother's day, Mom..."
"Thanks, Mikey," she smiled. "What have you been up to?"
"Aawwwwwwww…"
"Don’t ‘aw’ me, Michael. You know how I feel about you killing yourself faster with those things."
"Dad does it!"

She nodded, “alright.” She grinned then bit at her lip, “Rika said that she wants to start modeling.” Arsenic was both worried and happily that her daughter wanted to follow on her foot steps and become a great model like her mother. But arsenic knew the consequences first hand of getting too sucked in and the last thing she wanted for her youngest daughter was for her to go through what she did.
"Rika knows that I’ll keep her safe." Once she had been old enough to understand, Keir had sat Rika down and explained what had happened to Arsenic. She had made him promise to take care of them if something like that happened, and he did.
"Such a good daddy," she smiled softly, leaning up to gently kiss his lips, "I know you’ll protect them, just like you protected me.." Those times went she had gotten out if control were some of the most painful things she remembered. They still haunted her on some nights when she was alone with her thoughts. She could never escape the memories, even her body still had the evidence in some places. Deep ugly scars still covered many places across her.
He kissed her gently, smiling a little bit. “I’ll always protect you. All of you. Always.” He didn’t want this ever happening again. The way it knocked him down almost made it too much sometimes and he couldn’t imagine a life without any of them.
She smiled softly and nodded, “I know you will,” she told him softly. “I love you..I know I don’t say it enough..but I do..so much more than I could even began to say..”
"I love you too," he murmured, kissing her head for a few long moments. "No matter what happens, I love you so much."
"Happy Mother's day, Mom..."
"Thanks, Mikey," she smiled. "What have you been up to?"
He nodded, smiling a little bit. “Okay.. Does that mean I can smoke again..?”
Pepper twisted her mouth to the side. He knew the answer to that. “Hell no.”
"Aawwwwwwww..."

"Don’t change for anyone." She smiled at him. "Not even for me. Promise me, Michael."
He nodded, smiling a little bit. "Okay.. Does that mean I can smoke again..?"

Keir couldn’t lie; he was glad to be leaving Asgard. There was just something about New York that he desperately missed. And with his son now with them, he couldn’t keep the giant grin off his face. He got them to the flat as fast as he could, humming happily to himself the…
"I know I am," Keir wrapped his wife into his arms, kissing her head. He was so glad that she was getting better. No one really knew what Arsenic meant to him. Not really. He didn’t show it like he should, but he tried to in moments like this. "I’m just glad my family is back to where we belong.."
Arsenic smiled up at her husband and kissed his cheek before resting her head on his shoulder with a content sigh. “I don’t really care to much where we are, as long as we are all together. But yes..at the moment New York is definitely where we belong.” Arsenic was still awaiting the day when there 4 children were grown and they could be alone together in California. She loved her children More than anything but the stress of them did put a strain on her and her husbands marriage.
He kissed her lips gently, smiling a little bit. He had already made a seperate account at the bank for when they moved. “We still need to figure out where we’re gonna live when we move..” Not that they really had a price cap. Keir would get anything that Arsenic wanted.
Arsenic grinned against his lips, running her fingers through his hair, “we could live on the beach..it would be a nice change from the city.” She noted, taking his hands and taking him to sit on the couch. “Maybe somewhere near where Tony lives in Malibu, that was a really nice area. Maybe will a private beach?”
He nodded, sitting down and pulling her into his lap. “Yeah.. I can ask Mikey the next time we skype what those ones are going for..” He kissed her head, humming under his breath. “Only this time, let’s not lose our swimsuits in the water,” he grinned a little at the memory.
Arsenic smiled as she sat on his lap, rested her head on his shoulder, “then we probably shouldn’t wear anything down there in the first place.” She smirked and kissed his neck.
"I think even on a private beach we’d get arrested," he grinned a little bit. "Oh.. Uh, so I looked at the model agencies over there.. Y’know, if you still wanna do that when we move.."
"That’s if someone sees us babe," she teased, gently running her fingers along his arm. "Oh really? Yeah I think I still want to, it would give me something to do while you’re away, touring or something." She grinned, "which ones did you look at?"
"I was kinda just browsing.." He shrugged. "There are actually a lot out there.. I'll show you later on the computer, okay?

"I’m Tony Stark’s kid. Tell me it not weird that I’m like this."
"You are more than just his kid. You are your own person, Mike. Everyone has problems. You’re not the only one suffering from it."
He just shrugged and sat back again.
