What is Legacy Kingdom Craft? (LKC)

Legacy Kingdom Craft is a MCYT AU where the old generation of Minecraft Youtubers (2010 - 2017) ruled before the current MCYT era. There were once many kingdoms ruled by people like Curaxu and CaptainSpaklez. One day Herobrine sought out to destroy these kingdoms from the inside out. There was one who warned everyone about Herobrine, but was never taken seriously until the day of reckoning. Leaving behind powerful relics which can be used to reverse the damage that Herobrine had done. In the end, the kingdoms fell. 

However, there are many people who are after these relics and if they fall into the wrong hands, it could destroy the world. Herobrine controlled many of the old YouTubers which caused them to turned into Enderlox and WitherMU, Siren Husky, and so many more. Though some are still conscious of themselves and others who are not. They are being used to stop the protagonists and guard the relics. The DreamSMP hears about the relics and are willing to go after it. It’s a race of time to grab those relics to reverse the damage done by Herobrine before it’s too late and they fall into the wrong hands.

What are relics?

Relics are important and powerful remains of Legacy Kingdom SMP. From items to places such as the original Hunger Games arena, Betty (Jeromeasf’s axe), Seto’s enchantment table,  Fallen Kingdom, Ty’s headphones, etc.

Who are the protagonist(s)?

We were thinking CaptainSparklez, as he lurks in the shadows of the DreamSMP. Setosorcerer and Goldsolace as they escape the destruction of their home through time travel to try and find a way to bring everyone back.

Will they interact with members of DSMP?

They sure will!

2025 update!

Hello, feels kinda strange after disappearing for like what a year or two? Sorry :')

I've been debating reviving this project or not, after the 2022 stuff with Sky and impulsively killing his character off it changed the trajectory of the way I wanted to tell the story and it just... felt BAD! This isn't how I wanted to tell the story at all but felt like I couldn't keep the character knowing he is the persona of an abuser. I feel like now a days people are able to disassociate Sky the character with Adam the person, but still in a way it is him. I fear that people will keep coming back and being like "did you know that skydoesmin-" YES very aware thanks.

The story was originally supposed to end in DSMP, but after DSMP ended abruptly and with bad endings, then like 60% of the members turned out to be terrible people it made me not want to work with much of the later arcs of dsmp or characters.

This is all long winded way to say, I lost motivation.

Here are some stuff that were supposed to happen if I kept the original story:

If I were to continue this story I would have to go back and change some stuff and add new things that would change the narrative back on course like what if Herobrine finds Sky's body and takes that. idk let me know what you think

Though idk if it's too late to revive this, the hype very much died down and I feel like I'm feeding too much in nostalgia. It was a very ambitious project and I write stories where it gets too big for me or whoever im collabing with.

I sincerely apologize for those who were looking forward to the next chapter but never came. In 2023 - 2024 I was busy and hard at work in university and graduated, my co-writer also was busy with school and work. We had only the holidays on our hands to work on the comics.

However we'd spend that time on our own projects, fanart and OCs. We didn't know when this would come back.

Question because I am just now finding and reading this (so sorry if this has been asked before lol); what's Mitch's deal with Seto? What did the magic boi do if he did anything at all?

Mitch has just never trusted Seto. LK!Seto has always been a mysterious character in TC. A guy who deflects where he comes from and masks his insecurities with his studies. LK!Mitch is a type of character when he feels something is completely off with someone he gets defensive. Something about Seto just pissed him off and he doesn't know why. He feels because Seto is untrustworthy and prone to do something drastic (not like Mitch wouldn't either) but he always feels uneasy around Seto. They got along just fine at the start of TC but along the way something just got on his nerve with Seto and the tension between the two grew. They never had a moment where they could just sit down and talk it out, it alwasy results in outbursts. The consistent agitation Seto gets when he's around Mitch. Seto honestly has no idea what pissed him off so badly. Now that he has proof that Seto isn't who everyone thought he was. Mitch is using it as a gotcha and "I was right" moment.

Hi a little update to the comic that may be a drastic change but we are so excited about it!

We plan to rewrite our main second half on QSMP instead of DSMP! While we originally created this AU in 2021 or so during the height of DSMP but due to it being over and the drama that followed it. We thought it would be best to, not skip it but at the very least leave a bit of the best bits in the AU. Kinda have them visit very bit but not linger too long. Also don’t really like the idea of focusing any aspect on you know that guy. We do want to touch base with at least the existence of DSMP and espcially Quackity’s arc because it was so good.

When it comes to QSMP we WILL make sure that DSMP and QSMP do NOT connect. Our main characters will recognize/understand that the same characters from DSMP to QSMP are completely different/seperate despite having the same name/looks too.

Dsmp will not be entirely skipped but just kinda noted like every other world they travel to. But QSMP probably will be the main focus for the future going forwards. I love how healthy QSMP’s communication is between server members and the admins are as a whole.

I like the idea of our protags traveling and then getting trapped on the island trying to find relics and look for a way out with their magic while the fed is trying to hunt them down and capture them haha!!
