it’s completely acceptable to stay alive for tiny reasons. because you want to hear your favorite song one more time. because your dog will miss you if you leave. because the moon is just too pretty to never see again. because you haven’t seen the next season of a really good tv show. because you want to see the christmas lights this year. if you’re alive, you’re doing enough. if you’re surviving, i’m proud of you.

I'm super excited to be an author like not in a "wow my stuff is gonna be so great" way but in the "I fucking LOVE writing this is my passion and even if noone reads my stuff I enjoy it" way and I think one of the reasons is because writing is the one thing that when I re-read what I write I actually think to myself "damn that was good???" Which is a huge boost to my self-confidence because everything else in my life makes me feel so disappointed (for instance looking back at art or listening to music I made and its not as good as I wanted it to be). And yeah writing gets frustrating as hell some times but so does everything else tbh. I dunno I'm in a good mood right now I guess
