Dear Flight Rising,
There are people out there that live with more than 1 person. Collage students tend to rent apartments and houses and room together putting 3-5 people in the household. All around the same age. My dear friend, her fiance, and her fiance’s roommates all play FR. You did not ask questions, no inquiry at all on how many people are in the house, and how many play on your site. Nothing, you just banned them with out any evidence other than my friend traded with her friends. She trades with me just as much as she does with them. Luckily for me I don’t live with them.
And when I myself mail you offering evidence that they are all separate people. You act as if I asked for details. My mail to you even stated “I know you can’t give me details, I don’t need it. I’m here to offer evidence on their behalf” You also said “Please direct them to email us themselves. Where in my mail to you also stated "My friend has been emailing you all day, freaking out.”
Shouldn’t you be forwarding my email to the admin in charge of reviewing her case instead of brushing my evidence aside?
Nice job, banning paying customers who just happened to live together. Nice job in making my good friend cry.
Get your act together, start asking questions and stop being so damn ban happy. PUT THE BAN HAMMER DOWN FOR 5 MINUTES AND ASK QUESTIONS! You are now known as the police who shoots first, then asks questions after the angry bystanders come at you with pitchforks.
