The way you draw hair and eyes are very inspiring!! Would you happen to have any tips on how one would go about drawing in a similar style? Or or or what line, color n blend brush you use, the blending of your soft colors especially the blush is so reminiscent of traditional paintings!! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

My process isn't really super complicated, just > sketch > lineart > flat colors/wash > color and shading > render and extra details.
Hair
line art > flat colors
You can add blush and some other colors here. It doesn't really matter if it's messy bec it'll be tidied up later once you render.
Add shading > render
You can shade on a diff layer or on the same later as your flat colors. You can change your line art colors before rendering too!
You can also add more colors to it, like: adding pops of blues to warm colored hair, or adding pinks or reds to cool colored hair. it also applies to lightness!
Eyes
It applies the same way with eyes but usually I keep the brush in a large size while rendering so I don't over-render.
These can be tweak however you like! :DD
The eye shape and design, however, depends on the character you're drawing.

My example here looks pretty bad, I haven't touched watercolors in a very long time *cries in digital artist*
Only difference is you only have one layer on traditional and you gotta edit it a bit if you make some mistakes with the proportions. No flip canvas or undo button so it's more of a gamble/"trust the process" thing ESPECIALLY ON WATERCOLORS :'DD

About other stuff:
The blush is more of a color thing than a brush thing I think? I use a slightly saturated and warmer version of the skin tone, and love to make it look like mochi or something. Triangle color wheel and Intermediate Color can help with picking colors. it's mostly what I use too ^^
Lineart style and the way I draw hair. I think I've talked about this before, but a huge influence over my lineart style is AidaIro.
I studied their line art style and maybe coloring style in high school. Ever since then, it has gotten me in a chokehold😭. The details are a tad bit toned down on my style now tho!
And then a friend on Sky:COTL introduced me to MXTX via Bichen incident LMAODSHJSD. I REALLY loved the artists in MXTX's fanbase, a lot of which also inspired me. One of these artists is Gaerous. I love looking at their art, wish I could lick it 😔.
My art style's pretty much of my own but there are traces of which fandoms I came from wwww
I usually also pull inspo from sweets or food. I have a thing for using sweets as ref for vibes - like, candies as ref for eyes bec they have that really nice glossy look to them. Idk why tho... maybe bec they're nice to look at, maybe it's my inner big back.
Since I came from doing mostly watercolor art during childhood, I rely more on layering slightly transparent colors instead of actually blending - and also probably why I'm more drawn to the brushes I'm currently using tbh huhuhu 😭. Transparency relies on pressure, which helps with building colors up :DD
