Controversial opinion but sometimes I do think it would have been smarter for them to never have confirmed Kai and Jinora started dating and just made a comic about it later especially if they were never gonna mention it again IN series. Make it more of a slow burn or something but instead they just “got together at some point I guess” but with that being said I’d still rather them have confirmed it then not confirming it and STILL never mentioning it again so I guess this is still better then the alternative of absolute silence

Current Seven Havens Theories -

Curious as to if the Eternal Storm from the new Avatar movie is somehow connected. The depiction of it is so similar to the storm that destroys the world causing the “Seven Havens” in the first place, it makes me curious as to the possibility of that storm growing due to the spirit portal being open, I mean we know that in the avatar movie, the eternal storm surrounded one of the most spiritual places on earth.

I would love to hear theories as to how exactly long it’s been, and what timeline we’re looking at. Korra has obviously aged so it’s been a while but I’m curious as to the timeline.

Jae pls be Kai and Jinora grandchild… or the captain or literally anyone. I’m sorry the worst thing they could do is just never bring them up again. Just no mention of what happened or where their lives went.

For all the skam fans who watch only season 3 and will be tuning in now that season 3 of SRAM is airing next there’s a couple things you should know first -

Croatias version of Isak, Lovro, is a skaterat with a dyed blue mullet who does molly.

He is also like surprisingly fun so far for an Isak.. he loves to party and is super friendly and welcoming to people.

We love him very much.

Kai's character arc is such a big, wasted potential.

His character developement is extremely underrated, because he isn't a main character and it happened in the background (and was after s3 totally ignored).

He joined the Krew as a thief who didn't care about anyone. He lied to them, told them that his new gained airbending abilities changed him, but by the next chance he started to steal again and run away. The Krew took him in (Bolin immediately adopted him, Korra protected him, he and Jinora had the "connection") but there was no guilt in him to leave it all behind.

His change started when he was saved from the Dai Li. He really felt sorry and apologized to Mako and Bolin.

The next, and probably biggest changing point for his life was Jinora. They soon built a friendship (and on the long way more) and he gave everything to safe her from the kidnappers. Same when the Dai Li agent captured her. It was the first time we've seen him caring deeply for someone else and wanting to help them (when we ignore the one weak airbender who he spared in the training battles). The peak of his change was - obvious - when the Red Lotus attacked and he was willing to sacrify his life for the other airbenders (Jinora?).

In book four and the comics he hadn't much screen time, but when he was on screen, he was mostly calm and stayed neutral. His shots were thoughtful. That wasn't the insidious boy from the beginning anymore.
