Caleb is disturbingly aware of both your mental and physical state, he would know immediately if you were feeling off or sick in the slightest change of temperature, mood, tone, etc. even if you tried to hide it. In this case he noticed a spike in your temperature and you were more sluggish than usual when waking up that morning. He would immediately order you to go to bed and rest whether you want to or not, and HE would be the one to call you off work or cancel any plans you had the next three days AT LEAST. He has seen you at your worst—sick, snotty, nauseous, the whole nine miles so he knows what he’s doing. If he absolutely can not call off the fleet, he’ll spend the morning cooking some soup, a kettle full of tea, keep the medicine in (your) arms reach, fluids and snacks., etc. in his fleet uniform. He would have a timer on his phone to track how long it would take until the next time you needed to take your medicine then call you to take it (and to check in on you in general). If he was able to stay with you (he would fight tooth and nail with everybody to do so, which this would be the more likely outcome), he would not let you leave your room at all the first day. He would keep you on your bed but it would be comfortable, extra pillows and blankets, constantly giving you snacks, and overall he’s at your beck and call. Overnight he would keep watch over you, keep your temperature regulated, waking you up for medicine, then lull you back to sleep. Over the next two days you would progressively get better on the beginning of the third day you’re basically cured. Over the course of you being sick he would still be affectionate despite your protests against it, in the concern of him getting sick—(which he probably does lmao). There are plenty of praises whenever you drink the gross medicine or manage to finish your soup, and he’d watch whatever trashy tv with you while bed written.

He would notice you’re off immediately as well, he wouldn’t point it out right away though. He would simply wait for you to admit that you aren’t feeling well. He would drop hints about how he definitely knows that you’re unwell, but if you don't admit it he’ll eventually make a move and tell you outright that you need to take it easy and go back to bed. If you’re being stubborn he would carry you to your shared bedroom and help you get comfortable, you’re not escaping btw. He would also call on his cooks to make you foods to soothe your cold?(Or whatever you got), and the twins would run in and out to get the things you need as well. He does not let you lift a finger, but for the most part he does stick around in the room with you. He plays some vinyl’s, watches you sleep—and does some sleeping himself, orders doctors around to check you up and get any medicine and fluids you may need. He would massage you if you were feeling sore, have people take care of work or errands you aren’t able to do, and feed you the foods that the chefs cooked. He would absolutely not care what state you would be in, you could fuss about how gross you look and feel and with legit a few words he’d make you feel silly for thinking that way about yourself (but not in a mean way, in a kinda self-realization moment type of way…if that makes sense). At night, he keeps everyone away from the bedroom, including mephie :(, the music is much more slower and soothing and he doesn’t go out for any business, again sticking by your side and observing you. He hates seeing you this way, but so much more than that he hates the fact he can’t to much about it (taking away your illness with the snap of his fingers) so he settles for doing what he can the best to his abilities and your quiet gratitude means so much more than he’d admit—he would probably say something about how “your recovery is his thanks” or some corny stuff like that but it’s evident in his eyes that he’s relieved that you think he’s doing a good job of taking care of him.

Oh man if you’re sick, he’s sick. He would definitely take note of the fact that you aren’t feeling well just by your scent being off. There are two ways this could go down, maybe he’s at work and you tell him that you’re sick—immediately he calls off and rushes to your home (perks of being a chairman). Or he’s already at home and again he smells your sickness, and visibly sees it which gets him feeling upset. This wolf boy is definitely an empath, so seeing you ill means he’s upset like it’s nobody’s business. Every cough, every groan, every sneeze, anything and everything—he’s pouting BAD but he’s still putting you first and foremost above all else. He would make a mean chicken noodle soup, side it with some cold orange juice, and a kiss. He’s definitely feeding you, blowing on each spoon full and bringing it to your lips. He, like Caleb, is keeping track of the time it takes before your next dose of medicine, he feels bad when he has to give it to you because of your reaction to how disgusting it is. Not only that, he is super affectionate, he cuddles up to you and when you say you’re cold and he’d shift so you could feel warm against his fur (which would definitely be super soft and well taken care of btw). He wouldn’t be able to distract himself through anything if you were still sick, e.x. watching tv, sitting, hell he’s anxious just watching you sleep. I don’t think he would go out to go get you things because he would want to be by your side the entire time, he would however just order the stuff you need online and have them ordered. (random headcanon: this would probably apply to all the li’s but his card is on your phone, so if you were to order the things off your phone he’d manage to pay for it.) Poor puppy would have the saddest face the entire time of caring for you, he would try to put a brave face but he’s not fooling anyone. He would give you sweet treats to comfort you but only after you’ve taken medicine, eaten well, and rest. (I personally think he would definitely treat his younger family members this way as well). He would keep you in the house until he smells and sees you get fully better. I think cause he’s a family man he would be a great care taker, and especially to you because you’re his mate.

He runs a strict program. You are NOT going anywhere when you’re sick around him, you’re on the couch or bed surrounded by pillows tissue boxes and fluids. Lots and LOTS of fluids. He would find a recipe that has plenty of nutrients (garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and maybe if it’s really bad carrots too >.>) and be busy in that kitchen. He definitely would feed you and explain how each element of the meal is supposed to help you get better. He keeps track of your medicine intake and your diet for the next few days (including the days after getting better) are all healthy meals full of vitamins and general healthy stuff. With Zayne, you would definitely get better after the first maybe just second day, he would call off work for you (unless he has a scheduled surgery), but he would absolutely come back home as soon as he can no matter what. If at work, he would constantly be checking in on you, asking if you ate or drank properly, take the appropriate medicine, etc. I think he would give you sweet treats as a reward as well, but only in moderation so he doesn’t get you sicker, but he gets that all that medicine and healthy food can eventually taste bland. I don’t think that he would even necessarily need to go out to go buy anything his house already has everything he needs to take care of you. He would let you do leisure activities like watching TV, reading, knitting, etc. nothing too strenuous so you don’t exhaust yourself and get worse. I think he would be affectionate with moderation (IM SORRY), that boy cannot afford to get sick. He knows that you would take care of him but he HATES getting sick, the overall feeling of being sick isn’t appealing to him and to him (a known workaholic) it’s unproductive and would get in the way of his schedule. He would kiss your forehead, cheek, hand (after sanitation), to comfort you. He would feel bad seeing you sick, it’s not something he would want for anyone especially you.
Xavierִֶָ 𓂃 ࣪˖ ִֶָ🐇་༘࿐ :
Xavy would notice that you got sick while the two of you were asleep with each other. He is both a heavy and light sleeper if that makes sense, he would hear a sniffle or cough and wake up to check on you. The second he thinks you might be sick, even if its a general cold or something weak—he’s quick to call off work for the both of you. By the time you try to wake up to get ready, to your surprise, he tells you to lay back down because he called in for said sick day. This boy isn’t trusted in the kitchen, you would both end up in the hospital in that case so you would have to settle for take out soup. In fact he would probably order the medicine, food, fluids, and other online ‘remedies’ to the house since he typically isn’t home. He probably would rarely get sick so he doesn’t really have much meds, but that doesn’t stop him from being a good care taker. He’s probably the second most affectionate (behind valko ofc), and would do anything and everything to make sure that you’re comfortable and relaxed. Expect lots and lots of naps, his presence just warrants that but he’s also your personal butler. He feeds you (and probably also sneaks some bites for himself), entertains you, and would be quiet if needed to as well. He would be pretty bummed that you’re sick but would manage to somehow turn this into a hang out, or make it feel as casual as possible. The place would be filled a bunch of online ordered stuff by the end of the day and would probably smell like scented remedies. The one thing I think Xavier could probably make without blowing up the house is tea, perhaps with your moderation and instruction he would make a pretty nice batch of tea. After a few days, you would recover but I think he would call an extra “sick” day off so the two of you can celebrate you not being sick anymore. He is super reliable when it comes down to everything and comforting too, he would make you forget you were even sick in the first place.

Like Zayne, Raf absolutely does not play about being sick. Except, he’s a Lumerian…he has a GREAT immune system. Most human diseases probably doesn’t harm him. He would be super concerned over you, probably a bit dramatic too. You would think that you were on your death bed the way he’s acting. Not only are you being fed human medicine, he would also be giving you Lumerian remedies and medicine as well. The remedies would absolutely work like a charm, and if you asked for an explanation he probably wouldn’t know how it works either—he’d say something about how Lumerian medicine is just better or more accurate than regular human medicine. He is constantly checking in on you, making sure the environment is comfortable, and keeping himself around you as much as possible. He would definitely sing you to sleep if you weren’t able to and do any paintings next to or in front of you—he keeps peeking behind the canvas to make sure you’re doing well. He would absolutely cook it up in the kitchen, his house is full of ingredients and he probably has a lot of spices too. He knows a lot of dishes and has all of them on standby so expect a verity. The next few days are filled to the brim with homemade foods, remedies, cuddling and a-bunch of close proximity whether you like to or not. For the next few days there is no escaping Raf, legit anytime you try to move or go anywhere he’s around the corner asking you what you’re doing out of bed then taking you back, saying you need to rest and that he would take care of anything you might need. Whenever you’re awake he’s massaging you with scented oils and moody/soft music, his hands absolutely works miracles especially if you’re sore and even if you aren’t it’s a nice soothing act to help you relax. Despite hate being sick he’s still affectionate, he’s very kissy and pretty cuddly too. He would hold you and probably watch the sea outside his balcony to help keep your mind off of the illness.
HeianEra!Sukuna x Wife!Reader headcannons — Background: These are a couple of headcannons inspired by tiktok sukuna and (wife) reader, inspo taken especially from trish (I LOVE HERRRUHH). So it might be a little bit ooc since it’s not directly taken from the source material. FORGIVE ME IF THIS IS CRAPPY WORK THIS IS MY FIRST PUBLISHED FANFIC 💔💔💔💔
Sukuna fears nobody, he knows that there isn’t a living breathing being that would ever match or even get close to beating him. (with the sole exception of satoru gojo of course jkjkjkjkjk), however whenever his angry wife mutters his full name (whether quietly or at the top of her lungs), he gets a cold shiver down his spine.
Of course he has the ability to eliminate you, he’s taken down full cities with the flick of his wrist, he is the King of the Curses after all. However, an angry human woman with nothing to loose staring killer daggers at a creature that’s almost triple her height and could easily mutilate her would put fear into any creature of his stature (no it’s just you sukuna)
But, the root of his fear does stem from a cute backstory of how the pair met. To make a long story short—you ran into him coincidently and despite knowing the stories of a sadistic and deformed demon, with horrifically the destructive power to take down whole empires, you offers him a mango. In the presence of a god, you offer a fruit. Curious to why the tiny human before him isn’t cowering in fear like every human should—he stuck around.
He definitely attracts cats, even when he doesn’t intend to. Anytime he goes for a quiet stroll not too far behind there’s always a kitten trailing him. He acts like its an annoyance and says that they “inconvenience” but his actions show the opposite. He leaves food outside the palace for the cats to eat and carries treats for the strays that disturb him, he says its to “prevent them from following” him but it’s pretty damn obvious that isn’t the case.
He has a soft spot for your touch. He doesn’t let anyone touch him without permission, even Uraume has to touch with caution and permission, especially when he’s angry. That all doesn’t apply to his wife (aka you). Only you are allowed to touch him anytime you feel like, when he’s quietly meditating in his temple only you are allowed to disturb him by leisurely laying on his lap, or when he’s angry/annoyed your touch soothes him. Whether it’s holding his bottom arm and nestling up to his (top) underarm, holding his face in your palms, or even running your hands around his scalp, he doesn’t mind it.
Despite letting you touch him anyway he wants, he’s pretty bad at initiating physical affection. (not getting down and dirty, he’s got no trouble with that). But more soft and intimate services of affection. He doesn’t really see the appeal in being all soft, but he will probably do so if you ask him to, he’ll grumble some complaints of course, but hold you nonetheless.
Adding onto the fact he has a soft spot for your touch, he definitely purrs from your touch. It’s more like a low hum from his chest that vibrates throughout his body, which can just be defined as a purr.
Some other cat-like things he’d also do is probably huff/grumble to get your attention or to make it obvious that he’s upset, he stares out at windows/doors just just to simply stare outside (has nothing on his mind btw), lays on your lap and expects you to coddle and pet him, gets visibly jealous when other people have your attention (he might act out, you genuinely have 30secs.)
You and Uraume would absolutely gang up on Sukuna sometimes. More specifically, they’d listen to your commands over his (sometimes) to tease him and such.
Pet names he’d probably call you (granted these are fannon nicknames I'm just reiterating them): Woman, Wife, your first or last name (depending on his mood), Vile Woman - (probably teasingly), pet (probably in the beginning of the relationship), or he just grumbles to get your attention
Bonus HC: you both have a cat together. in the near beginning of the relationship, you found a stray cat in the front of the palace meowing and of course you couldn’t just let the poor thing sit there and wine for food that you can obviously provide so you took the kitty in. After tending to the kitty, it’s warmed up to you and Uraume—the only person it has yet to have met was Sukuna, and oh boy was that a hassle. He already hates change and other people touching him so having random creature touch up on him without his permission truly was almost his last straw. You slowly introduced the kitty to him to which he tried to harshly reject the creature, but there were moments where you’d catch him letting the kitty sleep on his lap or giving it some treats whenever it was hungry. He obviously would deny all accusations (even through there was eye witnesses) but he would learn to tolerate the kitten and even (dare anyone say) like it.
