&&. — “ oh don’t look so disgusted. i’m actually surprised you aren’t carrying some kind of drug around with you. it must be the innocence still kept within, ” he assumed. “ how’s college treating you ? it must be nice to be completing something you already started. school is shit. ” leo didn’t know exactly why he was bothering to make some kind of conversation with the sensitive stranger. it was a habit of his to become too social, rude and kind all at once. as they walked away he popped the pill into his mouth and chewed slowly on it. “ yup, definitely not ecstasy ! ” he laughed to himself. he shook his head with a semi-good idea. “ but hey ! if you ever want to have a good time, call me, yeah ? ” he cooed with a lazy smile.

&&. — leo gasped at the thought of being eaten by ants. “ they’re more vicious than you think, let me tell you that. i wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to eat you; although, i don’t want that to happen. not only is it the worst way to die, but it would be very painful little by little. it’s like with every gulp of alcohol, i’m asking for my life to end ( and that may or may not be the case ), but don’t tell leo i said that to you. only leo is supposed to know, ” he laughed slapping his knee dead-on. his smile fainted an looked down to the sore spot. “ ouch… that one hurt more than i thought it did, ” he said. “ this one time, i felt this thing ( which was an ant ), crawling on my face, and it tried to enter the damn hole in my ear. it’s was literally trying to fuck my head up ! ” his hands flew into the air in disbelief. “ a maniac ? ” he furrowed his brows. “ that’s a little harsh, don’t you think ? ” his eyes grazed over her and lazily etched a smile. he gladly took her hand to rise to his feet. leo felt his head flying into the sky, so his balance wasn’t quite the best at the moment. he stumbled but eventually held himself up by keeping his stance like a skateboarded. “ woah, that would have been bad. am i right, or am i right ? ” he spoke still slurring a bit. “ ah, charity case. i’ve been a charity case many times, ” he admitted, “ it’s not that fun, but this one does sound loads. i’ll lead the way. ” one of his arms wrapped around the stranger’s shoulders and began to lead them both; little did he know that he had no idea where he was heading. his eyes flickered back and forth from left to right multiple times and scratched his head. “ uh, maybe… ” he trailed off looking down to the brunette.

&&. — as he ripped his attention from the elder lady, his eyes shot open. for a moment he thought he were being robbed, but a female voice caused him to gawk up at the one who was currently shading him from the sun. in an attempt to lick his lips, he accidentally ran his tongue into her hand as well. no one could possibly blame him for his current actions and words. “ your hand tastes sweet, ” he hummed smiling a bit with his eyes closed. “ maybe i want to scare them away. ever thought of that einstein ? they’re lucky i’m not the boogieman who’s hiding in their closet, ” he chuckled finding it way too funny. leo stared to the two bottles in her hands while hearing the offer and grinned. “ wow, ” he began, “ you are so fucking nice. i give you props. ” as he spoke, he opened both bottles and downed at least two pills followed with the cooled water. “ you know, i just came from there… but if it’s for free, i’m game. ”

&&. — his heavy head challenged to rise once more at an unfamiliar face. he assumed they were still in the work of finishing school ( and not only because they looked quite young ). he huffed at her quick action and effortlessly swiped the bottle of pills from their bare hands. “ do you know who i fucking am ? ” leo asked shaking the bottle to notion them. “ i am leo demarco: shit-face enthusiast and the king of embarrassing himself, ” he informed. “ dare to compare me to any garbage can ? i think so… ” the last portion was being mumbled as he found himself feeling tired by the moment. out of being bored, he held up the bottle to the other. “ make yourself useful, and open this shit ip for me, yeah ? whoever you are… ” his blue eyes trailed over every curve of them and smirked. “ would this be be ecstasy by any chance ? oh, i sure hope it is. i could use a chill. ”

the music played throughout the bar, though it was playing softly in the background, tyler could still hear it. it was a lovely upbeat song that he’d loved from one of his favorite movies, “ you gotta cut loose, FOOTLOOSE, kick off your sunday shoes ! ” the young waiter sang, dancing around the tables, drinking in hand.

&&. — the blond had been staring right at the brunette who seemed to be having way too much fun. leo squinted at the joy the stranger was having. he raised an eyebrow at the odd one and gripped his pen to jot down a couple of adjectives that inspired his next poem. “ why ? ” leo boomed acknowledging the prancing pony and his actions. he was actually feeling quite uncomfortable and embarrassed for the male, so leo being leo, he wanted to end that.

&& — leo had been sitting with his journal sprawled on the tabletop for an hour now. he was being buried in the pages of his poetry and had been doing so well with his inspirations and such these passed days. now that the hour has given up its patience in time, the calmness around him shattered. the air grew more heavy, and that’s the last thing he needed. peace, quiet, and being alone were his likings. a male and female voice shot back and forth between each other for quite some time, and leo was just on the brink of losing his patience with them. lucky enough, footsteps departed, but a voice rose again. the blond grasped timed journal tightly to try and calm himself, but his voice beat him to taking a deep breath first. “ kind offer, ” he gritted with a sour smile, “ but something that i would prefer is if you would keep your problems away from me. ” his scold with intense blue eyes backing him up never left the stranger until they got a hint to part ways. " thanks, " he muttered looking back down at his unfinished work.

&&. — he literally tried to knock the headache out of him by slapping his temple and face-planting into the grass once again. after a few silent moments, he dared to look up again hoping he would be back at his home ( also as known as: his van — which he will be lucky to remember where it was even left ). a familiar sounding voice echoed around him, so his first instinct was to call out for his dad. he sighed disappointedly seeing a brunette making his way forward. he thought it was better than nothing. “ why would you call me leo and jesus ? ” he wondered squinting up at the frame. “ my name is leo demarco and leo demarco only, but i do wish i was jesus. ” his fainted blue eyes fell in thought. “ do you think jesus would feel like shit after drinking ? i think he wouldn’t. in fact, i want to be jesus for a day just to see how fucked up this world really is. don’t you ? ”

&&. — leo laid flat on his stomach as if he were already dead. he thought: might as well be if anyone were to wake up at the park on a friday. while he had a head pounding so hard on his skull that it just knocked him down every single time he made the efforts to get up, the rays of the sun caused him to groan into the chilled grass. morning people will be the death of him. the scraping of multiple shoes against the gravel made him scowl in all directions. leo pushed the ground to lift up his upper torso from the ground. the blond looked around to recognize anything and hopefully anyone. as his eyes fogged up from adjustment, he urged himself to blink quicker to get a crystal clear view. “ pain-killers, anyone ? ” he asked out loud. “ you all are so damn selfish. ” leo needed to admit that he was still a bit tipsy, and he didn’t give any. “ i know for a fact you have pain-killers, ” he pointed out to a random lady. “ you’ve got that look ! don’t fucking walk away from me ! ” he shouted only to give himself more of a headache.

hi hello. this might seem a little rushed because i have to leave for practice. sighs. i went through the rping tags, and i found this, so i’m like pls yes, simple theme but room for character dev. 

so a little bit about leo:

he’s a lil grumpy babe

he’s just so pessimistic when he’s surround by people

his anti-social problem started when his parents were barely around for his childhood. he’d play by himself, and his parents wouldn’t even bother to acknowledge he was there bc they were both working in the medical field

he dropped out of college to become a car mechanic, and he was surprisingly good at that and stuck with it

he currently lives rough (as in his old and worn out volkswagen van). the first time he got his van, he named it rex (don’t ask why)

he’d get into so much trouble once he reached the age of eighteen. he’s most likely to be on the most wanted list in a few towns for arson.

he only cares about himself bc of a love story gone wrong, and now only trusts his one best friend (open connection hint hint)

now that’s he’s grown up a little bit more from his rough past, he’s grown into the arts.

he secretly loves writing poetry about people he sees and meets (another open connection HINT)

he has a painting gallery in an abandoned warehouse, and would die if anyone found out about it
