A bunch of peeps asked for nut milk recipes after I posted this pic, so here goes:

ALMOND MILK (All ingredients are optional except the almonds + the water):

1 cup raw (organic if possible) almonds 3 cups purified water Dash pure vanilla extract 1 tbsp coconut oil (or to taste) Pinch of Himalayan salt

Optional: Dates to sweeten Optional: raw cacao powder (to make chocolate milk)

Sometimes I toss in a bit of MCT oil.

Put all ingredients into blender & blend until smooth.

Pour through a nut milk bag into a jug. I then bottle it but any sealed container will do! Consume within a couple of days.

PS: You can keep the almond meal that’s leftover for loaves or smoothies or anything at all, really. I sometimes pop it in the freezer to use later.

For BRAZIL NUT MILK (delicious in iced lattes), I simply do 1 cup nuts with 3 cups purified water, blend & strain through nut milk bag. Pure & simple.
