It was rare to find herself falling asleep in the presence of others, let alone falling asleep on someone shoulders. It wasnât that it was in her nature, or anything stupid and cliche like that. She just didnât allow it. She found it child-like, embarrassing, and burdensome to fall asleep on someone (and that meant literally too). So if she could, Yoobin would refrain from doing it if possible. However, that night, Jaehwa was in dire need to find someone to accommodate housing with. Of course Yoobin had the ability to say no, but work had become quite overwhelming as of late, and if she could keep herself from doing itâŚWell, with no doubt she would. As replacement, she found herself on the younger womanâs couch, browsing through tons of profiles.
âYou have so many candidatesâŚDonât you have any friends you can ask or something? It seems so tedious to have to ask a stranger and then pester them about bills among other  things.â But what did she know? Yoobin had the luxury of choosing to live on her own or with her parents, never having to deal with the baggage that usually came with having a roommate. So she continued to work diligently, creating separate stacks of who seemed more eligible than the other.
To cut things short, it was safe to say that the duo worked well into the night. Too the point where Yoobin had gotten comfortable enough to tie her hair back, roll up the sleeves of her blouse (and maybe undo a few buttons while she was at it). Her eyebrows knitted themselves together every few minutes, checking in papers with the girl beside her to make sure she wasnât poor in her judgement.Â
By the time sheâd finish her own set of papers, her head was growing heavy. Her head bobbed up and down, her eyes flickering shut as she tried to keep her eyes open, mind dazing in and out of sleepiness. It was inevitable what was going to happen. She was bound to fall asleep sooner or later, but not just yet.Â
Her head rested on the girls shoulder, Yoobinâs blonde locks creating a shadowy curtain over her face. She could feel Jaehwaâs dainty fingers work slowly to keep her wispy strands of hair away from her face, playing with brighter ends just at the very bottom. A heavy hand made its way towards the girls, resting just over it. âStopâ
                                               Iâll fall asleep if you do that.â
But she did nothing about it. Her hand continued to rest on the younger females, too tired to argue and fight back mindlessly over something so trivial.Â
