The past few days have been some of the toughest in a really long time.

I’ve read and hear so many times that healing isn’t linear. It curves up and down; side to side. The past few days have felt like a plunge. I haven’t felt like this—- this low, this unsure, hate to say it, this insignificant in a long time.

I hate seeing how seemingly easy it is for people for walk away from me. To leave, to choose other people, over me. I hate how people will say they love me then just walk away. Like that’s love to you ?

I try not to internalize it because hey, I can’t control other people, but it sucks. Because I try to right by people. Try to respect, communicate, understand, support, and generally, genuinely, and unconditionally love people. I know I don’t get it right 100%, know I make mistakes, and mess up. But damn... I really do try

Let’s hope one day someone sees the effort, abd stays and hell if no one does... I guess that’s okay too ❤️
