Jay as a fully serpentine or having snake attributes is my bread and butter

Like really imagining an au where Jay was ALWAYS a snake. Its such a cool concept. Imagine how much more work he would have to put in being a ninja and getting others and his team to fully trust him. We has always had the "never trust a snake" mindset so how would he treat Jay knowing he's a snake?

I could even see Wu going out of his way to avoid picking Jay up BECAUSE he's a snake. So like Jay would be the last picked up because of this. Or always having some level of hostility towards him especially in the earlier season as they are actively battling against the serpentine

Ugh I'm not gonna go into too much detail cuz I can and WILL get carried away but i just love this so much.

so we get more inventor Jay next season right. since sora is with ras. pixal is back. Nya isn’t really inventing but Jay is… we get him as a main engineer on the team , right? We get him creating weird and funky designs that Pixal immediately cringes at but helps build nonetheless because hey, at least Jay is back , right? we get him coming up with weird plans and tech that seem totally outlandish, but end up working … right?

okay but listen when you sit down and think about Skybound it is genuinely such a batshit funny season I just

- Kai fucks everyone over by posting selfies in a hospital while visiting a sick child

- this is the only season the ninja are regarded as popular celebrities and it’s immediately dropped and never relevant again

- Nadakhan’s entire plot and character arc is the wildest Shakespearean tragedy. He loses his wife and his friends and get stuck in a teapot for so long and when he gets out he finds his friends frames some random people he’s NEVER MET for crimes and then his father dies in front of his eyes

- let me reiterate HE HAS NEVER MET THE NINJA HE HAS NO REASON TO HATE THE NINJA WHEN HE FRAMES THEM AND GETS THEM ARRESTED HE JUST DID IT FOR FUN

- he’s surrounded by the biggest idiots known to man he looks so confused the entire season

- “Cap’n lets pillage and plunder” “I’m afraid we can’t :(“ “oh why not” “piracy isn’t a thing anymore :(((“
