Yknow how a lot of people in the fandoms first rpf ship was dreamnotfound, mine was karlnap. I dodged and weaved around rpf for my first year in this fandom then sapnap showed up in north carolina all shy and sweet and Karl brought him out of his shell, and they cuddled on the couch, and sapnap pulled karl closer, and Karl gifted sapnap shoes, and it was the best time sapnap had for years and they kept meeting up and the time between each meet up got shorter, and they met up and didn't even stream or make content together because they just wanted to be around each other. And karlnap instantly settled into my heart and stayed there forever

we don’t give little Andrei enough credit for being the most bad ass mf to ever live. His father is actively beating him and verbally abusing him and this stone cold killer is unphased pulling out his crazy comebacks no hesitation

Seeing Andrei be a little asshole makes me sad weirdly enough. he was just such a character. not only was he an extremely skilled hunter and miracle working painter + child genius but he was witty and a bit of a big mouthed dick and strong willed and full of life. Like he could’ve been so much and any chance of a life was robbed from him from the start

I was always heartbreaking to me to read those pages but also his spirit made me smile a bit.. Armand survived all the shit he survived because he had that spite and sass and strengthen in him. many characters in vc mention it too... that he has this steel in him.. he is a tragic character but also a very strong and complex one. most would not survive all the trauma and all the ages he did. it's what makes him a natural leader.

no but we really don't credit him enough for being a real trouper; I think often about how he even tells us himself that it's rare for vampires to survive more than a century or two. It was a miracle for him to endure what he did in life, but that he's one of the special ones who can endure immortality is something that haunts me :(
