Having a sun bath or a tan occasionally is good for your skin because all parts of your skin need sun exposure. My grandma always says Your skin is supposed to last you a life time so take good care of it. Using a mixture of herbs + organic coconut oil and laying 15-20mins in the sun occasionally has always improved my skin tone. There are so many beauty secrets form my#grandmaa & #Africa that I can’t wait to share. This one in particular is great for every skin tone and I am more than happy to share it with you.
