Did you ever just feel so lucky for knowing someone you met online? Like.. I was one click away from not following you. I was one second away from never even knowing of your existence.I would never have been this happy!!!...
The face of a man who has had to put up with this intense, homoerotic bullshit since 1958
Much has been said about S1-2 Jesse's colorful, oversized, multi-layered, wannabe-street-thug style, and his s4-5 shaved head, emo-badass, drug lord henchman look. (Both excellent aesthetics, mind! Both very tasty, in different ways.)
HOWEVER, I submit - we don't talk enough about his brief, transitional gangsta-grandma phase in between.
Like, I love the thematic idea that his clothes are a little all over the place in early s3 because that's also kind of where he is, mentally. Trying to figure out who he's supposed to be - the silly, goofy Jesse of earlier seasons is gone for good at this point, and he's living out all his self-loathing "bad guy" fantasies but his heart isn't really in it.
But truly, like... the batshit insane juxtaposition of this giant dollar sign T-shirt with the oatmeal-colored, old lady cardigan? Chef's kiss. I know in my heart there's a deleted scene out there somewhere of dead-eyed, clinically depressed Jesse Pinkman browsing the racks at Dress Barn to find that sweater in just the right shade of beige, and I will forever be a little sad we didn't get to see it.

I love how the director of let it be watched John and Paul interact and was like "I NEED to make a film with you two making out in an elevator."

I don’t think I’ve ever seen their names listed in that order
I’m not a fan of Sauron being this villain who is above emotions. it’s kinda just saying “love and empathy are only for good people, bad people don’t feel those”. give me a silvergifting where Sauron feels so deeply for Celebrimbor. give me a silvergifting where Sauron hates how emotional Celebrimbor makes him feel. give me a silvergifting where Sauron loves Celebrimbor so much that he’s almost ready to give up evil altogether. give me a silvergifting where Sauron delays his betrayal by centuries to spend more time with Celebrimbor. give me a Sauron who would die of a broken heart were he not a maia

Word that the pop culture icon has left the fabled Upper West Side apartment building that she defined for a generation has sparked reflecti
Roberta Flack, Graydon Carter, Rosemary Clooney, Leonard Bernstein and Judy Garland have been on its long list of notable residents. It takes more than fame and wealth to get in — the co-op’s notoriously stringent board has rejected Billy Joel, Madonna and Cher.
The building’s board once stopped the documentary filmmaker Albert Maysles, who was also a collaborator of Ms. Ono’s, from selling his unit to actress Melanie Griffith. “More and more, they’re moving away from creative people and going toward people who just have the money,” Mr. Maysles had told the Times in 2005.
Today, there is one unit listed for sale in the building: a 6,000 square-foot, five bedroom, nine bathroom apartment on the eighth floor. It has its own separate studio unit, and the listing price is $20 million.
