Under the Devil's Moon. Lackdaisy Interactive Fanfic made with Twine. A crime/gangster story set in 1920's St. Louis, in which everyone is a cute cat and the MC has a terrible habit of getting into trouble and also owes a debt to the sketchiest lawyer imaginable. Fully customizable Cat!MC with multiple backgrounds + personalities, ~8 official love interests and aro/ace options.

The Last Spring. ASOIAF Interactive Fanfic made with Twine. A court drama story set in Pre-Robert's Rebellion book canon, the MC is invited to King's Landing for Prince Rhaegar and Princess Elia's wedding ... and in true ASOIAF fashion, has to juggle avoiding death, scandal and an awful marriage. Fully customizable Female MC, multiple backgrounds + personalities, aro/ace option not in yet, only three love interests so far.

NOTE Last Spring is currently unavailable while I do a mass rewrite and switch it to CSS.

I am but a humble enjoyer of the hit webcomic and animated pilot Lackadaisy by Tracy Butler, and a less than humble enjoyer of your fan interactive novel "Under the devils Moon" Of which I had played a multitude of times with increasing amusement and mirth, your worldbuilding is the envy of gods and your literary prowess leaves Edgar sighing wistfully in his grave with the satisfaction his written word carries in reincarnation by your hand. This request comes from the pleads of an avid Weird Al Yankovic fan, and someone who just REALLY loves the accordion in all of it's shanty folk punk whimsy. When in consideration towards the opportunity for our protagonist to have mastered an instrument of sorts, have you ever considered the aforementioned squeezy keys in that variety? I understand coding to be a grueling and time consuming effort that reaps little in harvest and a delicate procedure of binary, but if my please could reach across oceans and valleys to the step of your door, I beg on all fours as the dog I am for the inclusion of the pirates lung to be reconsidered with the rest of the band. Yours humbly, a melancholy bard.

very slow but it's happening. I'm coding everything in renpy now and im really happy with how it's coming along. the "graphics" and music will be very minimal bc I just wanna focus on the writing and player options for now

What can we expect from the rest of Chapter 2 of UTDM?

Chapter 2 is already in the HTML version :3

If you mean Chapter 3 - A few romances can "start", the MC is getting beat up again (bc I enjoy torturing them), more scenes exploring the dynamics in the La Lune, and Cora Bishop continuing her investigation.

The story is also moving to Python/Ren'py, so that's what I'll update instead.

I wanted to ask a question, I hope I'm not bothering you.

Will there be more episodes of Devil's Moon? I was also going to ask about Last Spring, but I think I miss the mafia cat`s more.

Will there be more romantic interaction scenes? I miss my chaotic trio of Marius, Jack and MC.

There will be for Devil's Moon, I've just been very slow bc of my job and my chronic illness haha (adjusting to it). I need to carve more time for it! I'm also recoding it entirely in Ren'Py/Python because HTML just isn't cutting it lol. At least coding in Python is way more fun and it allows the players to have more choices and options.

And yes to the romance. Chapter 3 is where more "forward" love interests (such as Marius, Rocky and Lottie) will get closer with the MC and actually discuss a relationship. More stand-offish ones like Mordecai, Eveline and Jack are slower burns.

Unfortunately I'm stuck on Last Spring for a lot of reasons. I'm not sure what to do with that project.

Hi! I’m just here to say I love love LOVE UTDM and I’m already so attached to your ocs and can’t wait to see more of them. I’m especially interested in how they’ll interact with the canon characters!!

I’m also attached to our MC and I keep experimenting with the customization and seeing the differences between each bargain and occupation. The concept is just so fascinating to me.

I’m also very intrigued on what exactly Flynn is planning and what it means for MC and everyone who’s in or coming in and out of St Louis

If you were to ask me who my favorite OC was, it has got to be Lottie. I love her so much you don’t understand, I need more of her and Little Lottie. Speaking of, I would also love Little Lottie and MC interacting. Not a demand but I just like the idea of them looking at this kitten who can’t quite grasp just how dark and cruel the world they’re living in really is.

I personally like Callgirl, Distiller and Medic the most. Callgirl because the dialogue is so fun, Distiller because the nuances of the character just stuck to me, and Medic because for me it’s the OG (the first occupation I picked). Especially if Medic MC had a military background. So much story behind it oh lord.

thank you very much 😭 im so glad when yall tell me about the various combos you do ... It's one of my favorite things to code/write There's definitely a lot more Little Lottie in Chapter 3. It just takes time for her to feel 100% safe around the MC. Those are also my favorite backgrounds haha - I hope my bias doesn't show~ Thank you for the kind words !!

Favorite OC to Write - A tie between Jack and Lottie. They're polar opposites too, so it's fun to jump between their heads. Jack has so much emotion bottled up and struggles to get it out (and I like balancing writing that). Whereas Lottie just says and does whatever she wants. Favorite Canon Character to Write - Mordecai, because he's fun to torture <3 Favorite MC to Write - A toss-up between Callgirl, because of her attitude, and Distiller, because they're so morose ...

(also I have two questions if you don't mind answering? Is the portuguese ethnicity referring to Portugal, Brazil or both? And [and sorry if It seems like I'm being pushy] is Dom going to be a possible love interest?[sorry I just really love that cat 😅])

Thank you so much! It was intended to refer to Portugal! But if you have suggestions for how to better represent Brazil I'd love to hear. Unfortunately Dom won't be dateable because of how the story will go! He'll show up in scenes with Cora (the investigator whose gonna tail the MC and is gathering info on them), I'm not sure if he'll come across the MC yet.

Im p embarrassed by the writing now and I think my rewrites are a lot better ^^; glad the old stuff still entertains.

Your old writing was great!! :o Last Spring is basically everything I want in an IF lol, but I'm looking forward to seeing the rewrites too. Also agree with that previous ask about Ned, he's so sweet 🥰. In the old demo I was torn between being Ned's “lady in gold” vs growing up together at the Eyrie & “this is Lady [MC]”.

The fact that I have been invested with Lackadaisy for a hot minute due to the fact that I have been doing a lot of style studies just to make silly ass content for this soon to be show. (As for the cat below is my LackaSona for the fic)
