Posters for a famous ice cream parlor in Vienna, Austria - Tichy.

Each year they ask for an artist to do a series of 3 posters to advertise their brand, and I got the honor to do this year’s posters! Needless to say I had a blast creating these! Cute animals WITH ice cream? HECK YEAH! :D

Renderings I did in 2015 for the main characters of the animated film Arctic Justice Thunder Squad, by Toronto based studio AIC Studios, coming in 2018.

Character design was done by artists Lubomir Arsov and James Castillo. Arsov did did the foxes, albatroz and polar bear and Castillo did the otters.

This is the second animated film I’ve worked on under the supervision of my mentor Bobby Chiu (from Imaginism Studios). Bobby supervised and would jump in to tweak some paintings when needed. :)

Playtime at Twilight

I ~adore~ this trio! They always give me a ton of opportunities to learn a lot of different subjects in just one piece. It’s always super fun even though this one in particular took me a long time to make everything work together in the end.

On the month of May I spent a great deal of time working on concept pieces of how Nintendo Amiibo characters could bring new gear to Splatoon, for the Youtube Channel TheBitBlock's Make Believe series. 

Josh Thomas will take my designs and translate them into 3D and animate them to simulate how these could work in the game :) there are more characters coming! These were done upfront for his Make Believe Digital Event which you can check out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaIR6CZ-tFs

Last Day of Summer

I decided to redo a painting from back in 2014. I was never really happy with how it turned out but loved the idea and mood behind it. All characters were redesigned and repainted :) it's not something I want to grow accustomed into doing, but this was one of those pieces that always nagged me for leaving it the way it was.

My friend Roger (YT channel Rogersbase) always hated Lickitung's evolution - Lickilicky, so I decided to design a new evo for him. This is Lickloong, a Normal/Dragon type, obtainable when Lickitung levels up with Dragon Tail. He may be sweet looking but he's a beast in battle! ;)

Two years ago I started to play a game that I never thought would ever mean this much to me.

These are the villagers I had last time I played (a year ago), 8 of which are my dream villagers. I hope I get to see them again someday. 😔💔
