i don’t know how it’s still a debate if feyre being high lady is in name only because it’s literally not? she is high lady in the same way the rest are high lords. it’s proved at the end of acowar.

when they all resurrect rhys after repairing the cauldron, she has the same spark of magic as the rest and that’s the only reason he gets resurrected is because the leaders of ALL COURTS give him that piece of life, which includes her.

one of the other high lords (i don’t remember which at the moment, helion maybe) literally helps her figure out how it works and then she does the same thing as the rest

why is this so hard for yall to believe.

the constant belittling of feyre is fucking tiring. if you don’t like the mc of a book don’t read it and shut up about it damn.

Also. None of the High Lords had to "prove" to anyone that they were worthy of being High Lord. Tamlin was literally High Lord because the rest of his family died - he wasn't the presumed heir. If he dies without a presumed heir, somebody in Spring will get the Cauldron Blessed power without having to prove themselves. Is that necessarily right? No, but that's how the magic in Prythian works. Feyre is extremely powerful. If she wasn't full of enough power and capacity to be High Lady, the Mother or Cauldron or whatever wouldn't have allowed her to be so.
