I keep talking like Rocky from PHM, and I haven't even watched anything?? Lmao I talk to myself sometimes and say stuff like "why is my shirt like this.. Question?" Or "What is that box, question mark?" When talking to myself. It's kinda funny. Also then I get told off for mumbling 💔 Oh to be free and mumble all I want.
(For context I mumble when I talk, and have a very flat voice most the time so.. It's hard as hell to hear. Get a little tap on my head and told to speak up, then have to explain that I'm talking to myself like twice because I mumble it the first time.)

A new soldier sits in the common room with black, digital looking mask over his face, strapped around and covered by their face. The soldier seems to be tinkering with a little box in front of them, some small gadgets beside them like a watch and a light box from a goggle kit. They lean down, black compression shirt covering their chest, and a dark brown leather jacket over their back and arms.
Their bottom half is covered by the table, but their boots have a small yellow stitch line on the sole, Doc Martin shoes for sure. Silently, they get up and take their stuff, walking to the kitchen and looking under the stove light at one of the pieces. "Mm..." They grunt and lean closer, digital mask showing a frowning face and furrowed brows, still unaware of the soldier beside them.

[After ten minutes the medics let them back into the room, Rhys settled on the bed on his side, still not awake but much more stable now.]
Android stands by the bed, then shuffles in and holds Silver to their chest, comforting the asleep man.
[Silver takes hours to wake back up this time, when he does he’s…weird. He sits up and scoots away.]
Android shuffles and sits against the headboard, a little concerned but moving off the bed to let Silver have some space.
[Silver huffs, confused and very very out of it, he looks lost..]

They nod and stand by the bed, glancing at the vitals monitor from behind their mask, vision covered in small pixels and Silver swore he could see their eyes from a certain angle.
”mm…”
[Silvers head flops against the bed as he stares up at the mask, still a little out of it.]
“what…what colors are your eyes…under there…?”
Android pauses his analysis, looking back down to Silver and raising a hand to fiddle with the wires, green filling the screen before it goes back to normal. They go back to analysing the screens again, seeming concerned from the expression on the screen.
”pretty…very pretty…”
[Silver giggles as he puts one of Androids hands back down and presses it to his forehead.]
“Wha’s wrong…?”
Android ignores Silver and keeps looking at the monitors, face visible from the angle of their pixels. Their face seems to be burnt all over, one eye a little different from the other, and their cheeks missing skin. However all of this is seen through blurred vision and a black, pixeled cover over their face.
“You’re…pretty under there…yknow?”
[Silver giggles as little bit, still out of it by far.]
“why’re you looking at the monitors like tha’…?”
[Silver tries to sit up and look at the monitors behind him]
Android shakes their head at the comment from Silver, still staring. Turns out there's a massive spider in the corner, Android slowly peeling their hands away and backing out of the room, screen lighting up with a spider emoji and fear.
”oh—? It’s…a spider-…it won’t hurt you—“
[Silver swings his legs over the bed to get up, standing on shaking legs before taking the spider into his hands.]
“‘S just a wolf spider…not dangerous to humans, just like,, less than a bee sting if you provoke it…”
Android roughly shakes their head and backs off, hands risen up and legs retreating their body. Thought they were supposed to be a tough soldier, huh? Well turns out they're a wuss for bugs and arachnids. Their mask lights up with a bright flashing 🚫 over it, shaking their head and leaving the room.
”that’s okay…i get it…”
[Silver had his own irrational fears so he understood, finding a cup and paper to trap the spider in and bring it outside when he wasn’t at risk of collapsing.]
“you can come back in, it’s under control now…”
Android is just outside the doorway, clinging to it with one hand, and their mask still flashing that symbol.
”I promise it won’t hurt you…it’s under the glass…Android…-“
[Silver sat back down, wincing and holding onto the side of the bed, swaying a little.]
Their chest is still, then they slowly approach Silver and lay him down, eyeing the spider closely while doing so. Their screen shows an image of fear, mixed with a bit of concern as their hands are on offer for the cold touch relief.
“It won’t— it won’t hurt you….’s too…too small to get out—“
[Silver pants and his eyes get half lidded as he reached for Androids hands again.]
Android's hands are a little shaky, animated eyes flickering between Silver and the spider, goosebumps of fear rising over their pale arms. The spider wriggles a little and pushes the cup, and Android is bolting out of the room, shaking his head and breathing faster than normal.
”hey— hey! Damn it—“
[Silver gets up, pulling any monitors off of himself and following Android, running after him on shaky legs.]
They slam one of the closet doors, locking it behind them with a thunk. After a while, Android comes back out, shaky and terrified with their mask black, a little crooked too, but all looking fine.
”hey…you’re okay…it’s alright, I’m so sorry for pushing you like that-…”
[Silver sighs and lays on the floor, he knew he shouldn’t have run…Silver keeps cooing reassuringly until they come out. He just looks up at Android with a concerned frown when Android comes out.]
Android sits on the door, staring at Silver before putting their shaking and trembling hands out for offer, hoping it would calm Silver.
[Silver takes one of androids hands, tracing over to lines his skin forms and smiles softly.]
“you okay?”
Android nods with a blank display, still shaking as their chest seems to be cooling down, hands a little sweaty.
“I’m sorry again…shouldn’t have pushed you to come back inside the room…”
[Silver frowns, his hands also shaky and very very warm.]
Android moves a hand back to place it on their chest, head lulling back as their breathing is way too fast again.
“Hey…breathe….big deep breath for me?”
[Silver moves closer to face them, concerned expression on his face.]
“is touch okay?”
Android nods and shuffles closer, panicked again from the thought of the spider running over and over through their panicked mind.
“Cmere— you’re safe the spiders not here— ill protect you…”
[Silver pulls them into his arms and gently rubs their back, rocking back and forth slowly.]
Android is nodding slowly, calming down and shuffling to make the embrace tighter. Their mask is mildly uncomfortable on Silver's shoulder, but Android turns their head to fix it, and they keep rocking slowly with Silver, eyes closed and almost falling asleep from the relaxed feel.
“There we go…that’s it…”
[Silver soothes them to sleep and he himself falls asleep after a few minutes. Silver doesn’t wake up when I nurse walks up to them both and seems not so happy..]
Android looks over and gets up slowly, waking Silver and handing him to the nurse as they leave the medbay to go to their own room, attempting to soothe down after a panic attack.
[Silver says in the infirmary for hours recovering since this had been one of his longer more worrisome episodes in a few months.]
Android keeps popping by in visiting hours, bringing small gadgets to show Silver the process and sometimes working on them with him when they have the time. Eventually Android is pulled into a mission, duo and in a classified location. Months go by with no notice from anyone, a nurse telling Silver after 3 months that the two were marked MIA, and that their last known location was an enemy base, but soldiers were looking for the two; Android and another Luitenant the nurse doesn't remember, probably Ghost.
[Silver enjoys being around Android and getting to see all their projects and such. He’s absolutely crushed when he hears Android is MIA and asks to go with the other soldiers to find Android and the other LT. His condition is stable at the moment so there’s no real reason to not allow him to go.]
The nurses explain he's being kept for testing and some reason they're unsure of, but just to make sure.
Another week goes by and Silver is on the route to a mission hunting for the two men, eventually finding one of Android's dog tags on the floor by a door, and heavy breathing from inside, alongside the smell of iron and blood.
Silver calls others over and searches inside to find Android being held tight by an enemy soldier, crying with his mask off, face burnt to a crisp from something, a blind white eye, and being kicked to their knees. They push a gun to Android's head, stripped of his gear and some of his clothes, the soldier's pleading eyes looking at the crew, scar on his neck pulsating rough and leaking blood slowly. Android is soon shoved to the floor, head pushed down with a boot, and a fearful look on their face.
Tw much violence
[Silvers quiet, agile. He manages to pull the enemy soldier backwards by the neck and starts strangling the enemy before shooting him. He drops the body to the floor and rushes to Androids side, ordering the others to get the other LT.]
“Android— oh hun- you’re safe— Silvers got you now—“
[Silver gathers Android into his arms and gently examines wounds, assessing what had been taken off and lost (so they could get him out safely without risking more issues or just making Android more vulnerable.) He pulls his medkit from his belt and gentlyyyy presses a gauze pad to Android neck.]
“Shhhh….”
Android's eyes water and they cling to Silver tightly, hands holding the guaze while weak legs pull their body upright and out of the building alongside Silver. Their mask was a trashed scrap mess in the corner, so Android covers their face with their arm, but fails in the evac truck when they fall asleep against Silver's chest (on his lap) while twitching and making low whines in their sleep.
[Silver holds them close, his jacket wrapped around them as he hides their face so they can sleep and not worry. Silver coos and rubs up and down their back gently. Silver does get concerned at the whining and starts gently rocking them like before in the hallway.]
Android stays asleep, occasionally shifting and making whines, cold hands touching their neck on accident. "Nn-" They grunt out and poke through the hoodie, pressing cold hands over Silver's face.
”shhhh…”
[Silver smiles softly, brushing short hair out of their face and continuing to rock back and forth slowly. He gently (very gently) readjusted the gauze pad on their throat before going back to comforting them.]
Android stays asleep the rest of the ride, curled like a child in Silver's lap, one hand holding his arm for comfort. They wake in the hallways, carried by Silver again, and tap to let him know that they're awake.
“Mm…good evening star light…you’re safe now, just getting you to the infirmary…”
[Silver smiles softly and continues carrying them like a toddler on his hip. They’re only about a two minute walk from the infirmary.]
Android nods slowly and goes back to sleep, head resting on Silver's shoulder.
[When they wake up again they’re on an infirmary bed being cradled against Silver still. Silvers no longer in his gear, just pants and a t-shirt. His arm alllll wrapped up, he hadn’t noticed it getting sliced in his fight with the enemy but he was more concerned about Android right now.]
Android slowly wriggles and checks on Silver, panting a little from a flashback of being in a similar position before, but checks his pulse and breathing to calm themselves down. They make a small sigh and lay back down, holding an arm again while their throat is wrapped aswell. Android stays awake, too sore to even think about resting and annoying Silver, looking at the familiar IV line in their arm with another sigh.
[Silver gives a little huff in his sleep, moving to curl up to Android more. Android notices the Silvers also hooked up at an IV and heart monitor, one that’s shoving an elevated heart rate.]
Android presses their face to Silver's chest and pats his cheek, trying to wake him up.
”Mmmph…?”
[Silver looks at Android with sleep eyes, tilting his head at Android.]
“You okay star light…?
Android puts a hand on Silver's heart, then points to the racing monitor, trying to get Silver to calm down.
“Ahh— that’s…normal, after all fainting spell for me-…”
[Silver smiles softly, hands trembling slightly as he huffs softly.]
Android nods and gently goes back to sleep, eyes closed and chest rising/falling in sync with Silver's.
[After an hour Silver wakes up with a brain numbing migraine, definitely one of his worst. He grunts and squirms, trying to his his face from the harsh lighting.]
Android wakes and notices his discomfort, frowning and covering his face with their jacket, quickly falling asleep from the exhaustion and pain meds.
[It takes the nurses about 30-45 minutes to figure out what’s happening. Sterling lays with his back towards them, trembling as the nurses give him all sorts of meds for his migraine and heart rate that’s making the monitor beep like crazy.]
Android, in his sleep, is moved to the chair in the corner, medics tending to Silver while Android has a jacket over his face and a sleepy twitch in his legs.
[Silver whines as the change out his IV after he accidentally dislodged it from his arm, poor guy starts to cry as quietly as he can to not wake up Android, the nurses are too loud, the lights too bring and the smell of antiseptic is too much.]
Android wakes after a while, getting up and comforting the crying man with cold hands on offer, patting his head gently.
[Android isn’t awake for long before Silvers heart rate spikes wayyyyy too high for his body to handle. Silver whines before starting to fall unconscious.]

“It won’t— it won’t hurt you….’s too…too small to get out—“
[Silver pants and his eyes get half lidded as he reached for Androids hands again.]
Android's hands are a little shaky, animated eyes flickering between Silver and the spider, goosebumps of fear rising over their pale arms. The spider wriggles a little and pushes the cup, and Android is bolting out of the room, shaking his head and breathing faster than normal.
”hey— hey! Damn it—“
[Silver gets up, pulling any monitors off of himself and following Android, running after him on shaky legs.]
They slam one of the closet doors, locking it behind them with a thunk. After a while, Android comes back out, shaky and terrified with their mask black, a little crooked too, but all looking fine.
”hey…you’re okay…it’s alright, I’m so sorry for pushing you like that-…”
[Silver sighs and lays on the floor, he knew he shouldn’t have run…Silver keeps cooing reassuringly until they come out. He just looks up at Android with a concerned frown when Android comes out.]
Android sits on the door, staring at Silver before putting their shaking and trembling hands out for offer, hoping it would calm Silver.
[Silver takes one of androids hands, tracing over to lines his skin forms and smiles softly.]
“you okay?”
Android nods with a blank display, still shaking as their chest seems to be cooling down, hands a little sweaty.
“I’m sorry again…shouldn’t have pushed you to come back inside the room…”
[Silver frowns, his hands also shaky and very very warm.]
Android moves a hand back to place it on their chest, head lulling back as their breathing is way too fast again.
“Hey…breathe….big deep breath for me?”
[Silver moves closer to face them, concerned expression on his face.]
“is touch okay?”
Android nods and shuffles closer, panicked again from the thought of the spider running over and over through their panicked mind.
“Cmere— you’re safe the spiders not here— ill protect you…”
[Silver pulls them into his arms and gently rubs their back, rocking back and forth slowly.]
Android is nodding slowly, calming down and shuffling to make the embrace tighter. Their mask is mildly uncomfortable on Silver's shoulder, but Android turns their head to fix it, and they keep rocking slowly with Silver, eyes closed and almost falling asleep from the relaxed feel.
“There we go…that’s it…”
[Silver soothes them to sleep and he himself falls asleep after a few minutes. Silver doesn’t wake up when I nurse walks up to them both and seems not so happy..]
Android looks over and gets up slowly, waking Silver and handing him to the nurse as they leave the medbay to go to their own room, attempting to soothe down after a panic attack.
[Silver says in the infirmary for hours recovering since this had been one of his longer more worrisome episodes in a few months.]
Android keeps popping by in visiting hours, bringing small gadgets to show Silver the process and sometimes working on them with him when they have the time. Eventually Android is pulled into a mission, duo and in a classified location. Months go by with no notice from anyone, a nurse telling Silver after 3 months that the two were marked MIA, and that their last known location was an enemy base, but soldiers were looking for the two; Android and another Luitenant the nurse doesn't remember, probably Ghost.
[Silver enjoys being around Android and getting to see all their projects and such. He’s absolutely crushed when he hears Android is MIA and asks to go with the other soldiers to find Android and the other LT. His condition is stable at the moment so there’s no real reason to not allow him to go.]
The nurses explain he's being kept for testing and some reason they're unsure of, but just to make sure.
Another week goes by and Silver is on the route to a mission hunting for the two men, eventually finding one of Android's dog tags on the floor by a door, and heavy breathing from inside, alongside the smell of iron and blood.
Silver calls others over and searches inside to find Android being held tight by an enemy soldier, crying with his mask off, face burnt to a crisp from something, a blind white eye, and being kicked to their knees. They push a gun to Android's head, stripped of his gear and some of his clothes, the soldier's pleading eyes looking at the crew, scar on his neck pulsating rough and leaking blood slowly. Android is soon shoved to the floor, head pushed down with a boot, and a fearful look on their face.
Tw much violence
[Silvers quiet, agile. He manages to pull the enemy soldier backwards by the neck and starts strangling the enemy before shooting him. He drops the body to the floor and rushes to Androids side, ordering the others to get the other LT.]
“Android— oh hun- you’re safe— Silvers got you now—“
[Silver gathers Android into his arms and gently examines wounds, assessing what had been taken off and lost (so they could get him out safely without risking more issues or just making Android more vulnerable.) He pulls his medkit from his belt and gentlyyyy presses a gauze pad to Android neck.]
“Shhhh….”
Android's eyes water and they cling to Silver tightly, hands holding the guaze while weak legs pull their body upright and out of the building alongside Silver. Their mask was a trashed scrap mess in the corner, so Android covers their face with their arm, but fails in the evac truck when they fall asleep against Silver's chest (on his lap) while twitching and making low whines in their sleep.
[Silver holds them close, his jacket wrapped around them as he hides their face so they can sleep and not worry. Silver coos and rubs up and down their back gently. Silver does get concerned at the whining and starts gently rocking them like before in the hallway.]
Android stays asleep, occasionally shifting and making whines, cold hands touching their neck on accident. "Nn-" They grunt out and poke through the hoodie, pressing cold hands over Silver's face.
”shhhh…”
[Silver smiles softly, brushing short hair out of their face and continuing to rock back and forth slowly. He gently (very gently) readjusted the gauze pad on their throat before going back to comforting them.]
Android stays asleep the rest of the ride, curled like a child in Silver's lap, one hand holding his arm for comfort. They wake in the hallways, carried by Silver again, and tap to let him know that they're awake.
“Mm…good evening star light…you’re safe now, just getting you to the infirmary…”
[Silver smiles softly and continues carrying them like a toddler on his hip. They’re only about a two minute walk from the infirmary.]
Android nods slowly and goes back to sleep, head resting on Silver's shoulder.
[When they wake up again they’re on an infirmary bed being cradled against Silver still. Silvers no longer in his gear, just pants and a t-shirt. His arm alllll wrapped up, he hadn’t noticed it getting sliced in his fight with the enemy but he was more concerned about Android right now.]
Android slowly wriggles and checks on Silver, panting a little from a flashback of being in a similar position before, but checks his pulse and breathing to calm themselves down. They make a small sigh and lay back down, holding an arm again while their throat is wrapped aswell. Android stays awake, too sore to even think about resting and annoying Silver, looking at the familiar IV line in their arm with another sigh.
[Silver gives a little huff in his sleep, moving to curl up to Android more. Android notices the Silvers also hooked up at an IV and heart monitor, one that’s shoving an elevated heart rate.]
Android presses their face to Silver's chest and pats his cheek, trying to wake him up.
”Mmmph…?”
[Silver looks at Android with sleep eyes, tilting his head at Android.]
“You okay star light…?
Android puts a hand on Silver's heart, then points to the racing monitor, trying to get Silver to calm down.
“Ahh— that’s…normal, after all fainting spell for me-…”
[Silver smiles softly, hands trembling slightly as he huffs softly.]
Android nods and gently goes back to sleep, eyes closed and chest rising/falling in sync with Silver's.
[After an hour Silver wakes up with a brain numbing migraine, definitely one of his worst. He grunts and squirms, trying to his his face from the harsh lighting.]
Android wakes and notices his discomfort, frowning and covering his face with their jacket, quickly falling asleep from the exhaustion and pain meds.
[It takes the nurses about 30-45 minutes to figure out what’s happening. Sterling lays with his back towards them, trembling as the nurses give him all sorts of meds for his migraine and heart rate that’s making the monitor beep like crazy.]
Android, in his sleep, is moved to the chair in the corner, medics tending to Silver while Android has a jacket over his face and a sleepy twitch in his legs.
[Silver whines as the change out his IV after he accidentally dislodged it from his arm, poor guy starts to cry as quietly as he can to not wake up Android, the nurses are too loud, the lights too bring and the smell of antiseptic is too much.]
