SuppleSolstice week 2: Back - I’ve been so busy this week (more than expected!!! But here we go, better late than never!) Day 8: Positivity - I chose this pose because I opens up my body wonderfully, and to be positive, we must first be open Day 9: Peace - personally I feel most at peace in cobra Day 10: Reflect - I love how our torso reflects our legs in down dog Day 11: Quiet - the strength required in the back for chaturanga demands concentration, and quiet Day 12: Relax - I love to relax into splits, and giving a gentle back bend in the process opens up the lungs nicely Day 13: Breathe - the deeper I breathe, the deeper my back enjoys this twist 👌🏼
